Hi all,

I've browsed this forum in the past and have a reason to sign up and get help/advice.

I have a sinister problem, I can reach an erection, incredibly easily. (I am turned on quite easily) I seem to hear "Wow you got that fast" alot. The problem is lately I can't maintain an erection! The last time I had successful sex was over 5 months ago, and slowly after that my performance has became worse and worse, due to myself not being able to keep it up. When the problem first occured, I found myself being hard for only 15 mins during intercourse, then 10, then 5... Now almost as soon as I go for penetration I start to flop. I don't think its from fear/nerves I am normally a confident guy (well at least I think i am :confused:) . I have a new gf and have tried several times to have sex, at first I thought it was condoms putting me off and causing me to flop, but she allowed me to try without a rubber and it still happened! I've tried it both drunk (calm nerves?) and completely sober, both have same effect. I can't seem to find out what the problem is, I haven't allways suffered from this :confused:. I am considering viagra it's getting this bad, I am becomimg sexually frustrated what I think is only making it worse...

I am 19, and should be in my prime! I feel like a disgrace to the male race :(
Also my diet is average, maybe a few exra fruit could be chucked in..

Please any advice would be appreciated. I just want to sort this!

Your not a disgrace my friend, ive had the same problem
Start practising edging and kegels to help with erection quality,they have helped me greatly
You may want to look into some supplements as well,L arginine,fish oil, green tea, ginger all help,there are lot of others but i cant name them all.
you should start up on a biginer routin aswell,If your just looking for EQ maby just jelq for 5-10 min a day, that should help with your problem
There are plenty of people here with the same issue that you have and have overcam it,youll find plenty of help here

Thanks for the advice mate, I'm just looking up them exercises you recomended now.Yes, maybe I should start a small routine and see if I can get my erection to last longer. I don't plan to try to expand my penis atm, one problem at a time ;). How many times should I edge/kegel a day? I'm still trying to work out how to kegal properly, I think I'm doing it successfully wierd feeling lol...
My GF comes back from holiday one week today, hopefully I can have a surprise for her when she returns.

Edit: Will protein shake help? I have some, but haven't regulary taken in a while..I also take cod liver oil and multi vitamins, will they help? I eat alot of tuna too..

Id recomend a 3 on 1 off routine.
id say to do about 50- 100 kegels,whatever your comforable with, then edge for 30 min or how ever long you can last
You may see results in 1 weeks time but for me it tooke about 3 weeks to see real good results.
cod liver and multi vitamins will help,salmon oil is the best tho,Protine shakes couldnt hurt either but i donno if they will have a dramatic effect on EQ,anything that helps your overal body function better with help you.
remember,when doing kegels dont go overbord,make sure you take a rest day or youll tire out your soldier for when your girl gets home

You might want to consider some non prescription supplements to increase blood flow. I have read that green tea laced with 1 teaspoon ginger and ground cumin works well. I have severe ED due to diabetes and this mixture does have some positive effects on my condition. I recently read that you can substitute L- Argenine for the cumin for better results. The brew is EXTREMELY tough to swallow but you need to weigh the positive effect against the negative taste. You can also do a search on this forum to see if there are other supplements to help your problem.

Thanks HJF. I knew I read it somewhere, just couldn't remember where. Search his post, Dead Cat, and there is more information there than you could possibly need to help EQ.

I had the same problem you probably rushed into the exercises way too quickly and too intense. Start with baby steps a guy who wants to get big doesnt start benching 300 lbs, right?

Get your hormones levels tested. ALL of them. Sounds like high prolactin levels from the symptoms, but without blood tests is impossible to diagnose.

I had the same problem you probably rushed into the exercises way too quickly and too intense. Start with baby steps a guy who wants to get big doesnt start benching 300 lbs, right?
I've done no penis exercise...

Get your hormones levels tested. ALL of them. Sounds like high prolactin levels from the symptoms, but without blood tests is impossible to diagnose.
A local GP can test this? "high prolactin", what is this?
