Hello everyone, im new to this forum and this ive started trying something here and there, looking for what is best for me... But still having some struggles... So im looking for any tips/suggestions on my routine..
My Goals :
while always maintaining a good EQ, increase Lengh. Both erect and flaccid. Not really into girth, at least for now... Looking for reaching that 7in BPEL and BPFL 5,5in.. ( My current stats : 6in BPEL and BPFL 3,9...)
My routine :
Ive been looking for a good routine, already tried jelq with oil, and dry jelq but since i have foreskin that covers my glans completely its really hard to do.. One handed Dry jelq seemed to be the best option so far, as i can keep my foreskin retracted to the base of my penis and go for the glans without covering... Done this for the first 2 days, 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes before sleep.. (no waming up, as i saw a post of a guy with the same problem as me..foreskin) it didnt felt like i was doing okay... noticed a decrease in EQ from the morning woods i get everyday, so i decided to stop until i find out another better method.
Tried Stretching, and it felt okay.. got some difficult for making it stretch UP, but ill find the correct grip with time, i believe. Found some difficult to stretch to the right, as my unit is bent to the left ( should i force it, will it help to unbent somehow?)
Today i tried ballooning for 20 minutes with just holding my foreskin down and kegels and Rev kegels to relieft the tension on my PC whenever i lose strengh on it...i did it with No edging, no rubbing, no porn... It felt great, ive reached that point where the head has that dots like an earthquake, but i dont know the long terms effects of it... Im concerned about kegeling for so long (20mins). should i keep with this ? how often ?
Conclusion:
Ive just started working out this week (crossfit) and im totally into suplements/diet, already looked into some here in forum, like l-arginine, but if guys have any tips about it too, pls tell me.
Willing to take some pictures and better measurements and post to see if someone could figure out what im talking if i was not clear in this post. If you have/had the same issues/strugles with foreskin or have some advice please share with me
