Hanging SO and SU progress after 2 months

Good Morning friends,


I did SD and BTC for about 8 months before moving to these angles. I wanted to provide an update on my progress hanging SO and SU (using pulley under desk and in ceiling). I use the LG Hanger vac system. I didn’t really make any gains SD or BTC but am starting to FINALLY see some gains, nothing spectacular, but gains nevertheless! I would say I have got just under 1/4 inch in BPEL in these last 2 months.


My routine..
Morning (heated rice sock applied throughout):
20 min seated fulcrum hang (17.2 lbs)
45 min SO hang (25 lbs -
progressively lowered)
Phallosan applied for next 8 hours


Evening (heated rice sock applied throughout):
20 min seated fulcrum hang (17.2 lbs)
45 min SU hang (25 lbs -
progressively lowered)
Phallosan applied for 1 hour
3 Girth bands applied for 1 hour


Night:
Stealth for Men device worn while sleeping
