Current Routine:
20 minutes MANUAL STRETCHES, overhand grip, pulling as hard as I can to the point of discomfort but not quite pain, done as follows:
After the stretches, I usually edge for 10-15 minutes to really fill my unit with blood.
Also, throughout the day I will often throw in a one-minute stretch while in the bathroom or when I have privacy. So that may be an extra 5-10 minutes of stretches.
This is primarily a length routine, although some have reported girth gains from the bundled stretches. Either way, I will be happy with any gains I make.
The above is the routine I use on days when my wife works, as I work from home and have time and privacy to do what I want. On days when she is off, I will often do as much of the routine as I can in bed while she sleeps next to me. Whatever I can't finish in bed I will break up throughout the rest of the day and do in the bathroom a few minutes at a time. Either way, I am now doing this 6-7 days per week. My EQ has been good and twice in the last 2 weeks she asked me why I feel so much "fatter" down there. So that's a good sign
A couple tips for those who struggle to maintain the grip while stretching :

- 1 Minute straight out with right hand
- 1 Minute straight out with left hand
- 1 Minute straight out with right hand
- 1 Minute to the left with left hand
- 1 Minute to the right with right hand
- 1 Minute down and to the left with left hand
- 1 Minute down and to the right with right hand
- 1 Minute up and to the left with left hand
- 1 Minute up and to the right with right hand
- REPEAT
- 1 Minute straight out with left hand
- 1 Minute straight out with right hand
- 1 Minute to the left with left hand
- 1 Minute to the right with right hand
- 1 Minute down and to the left with left hand

- If possible, shower before beginning your stretch routine and dry hands and penis well. Body oils, sweat, etc. make it hard to maintain a nice firm grip.
- Another method that really works well for me is to pull back excess skin from the grip area (right behind the glans) and wrap a single square of toilet paper around the glans and grip area. Then grip as usual.
