Current Routine:

20 minutes MANUAL STRETCHES, overhand grip, pulling as hard as I can to the point of discomfort but not quite pain, done as follows:
  • 1 Minute straight out with the left hand
  • 1 Minute straight out with right hand
  • 1 Minute straight out with left hand
  • 1 Minute straight out with right hand
  • 1 Minute to the left with left hand
  • 1 Minute to the right with right hand
  • 1 Minute down and to the left with left hand
  • 1 Minute down and to the right with right hand
  • 1 Minute up and to the left with left hand
  • 1 Minute up and to the right with right hand
  • REPEAT
10 Minutes BUNDLED STRETCHES, overhand grip, completely flaccid, penis twisted like a corkscrew (one full twist and a half, bottom of glans facing up), pulling as hard as I can to the point of discomfort but not quite pain, done as follows:
  • 1 Minute straight out with left hand
  • 1 Minute straight out with right hand
  • 1 Minute to the left with left hand
  • 1 Minute to the right with right hand
  • 1 Minute down and to the left with left hand
  • 1 Minute down and to the right with right hand

I do a few light kegels during each stretch and shake it out for circulation between stretches as well.

After the stretches, I usually edge for 10-15 minutes to really fill my unit with blood.

Also, throughout the day I will often throw in a one-minute stretch while in the bathroom or when I have privacy. So that may be an extra 5-10 minutes of stretches.

This is primarily a length routine, although some have reported girth gains from the bundled stretches. Either way, I will be happy with any gains I make.

The above is the routine I use on days when my wife works, as I work from home and have time and privacy to do what I want. On days when she is off, I will often do as much of the routine as I can in bed while she sleeps next to me. Whatever I can't finish in bed I will break up throughout the rest of the day and do in the bathroom a few minutes at a time. Either way, I am now doing this 6-7 days per week. My EQ has been good and twice in the last 2 weeks she asked me why I feel so much "fatter" down there. So that's a good sign :)

A couple tips for those who struggle to maintain the grip while stretching :
  • If possible, shower before beginning your stretch routine and dry hands and penis well. Body oils, sweat, etc. make it hard to maintain a nice firm grip.
  • Another method that really works well for me is to pull back excess skin from the grip area (right behind the glans) and wrap a single square of toilet paper around the glans and grip area. Then grip as usual.

  • 1 Minute to the right with right hand
  • 1 Minute down and to the left with left hand
  • 1 Minute down and to the right with right hand

2 MANDINGO/BLUE WHALE STRETCHES, 2 minutes each.

10 ERECT BENDS, edging in between to recover erection between each rep, alternating left and right, fully erect while squeezing at base and KEGELLING. Not forceful bends, but a good stretch.

Post-stretch EDGING just to the PONR to get fully engorged.

For 4-6 hours throught the rest of the day (when I am alone) I wear my homemade foreskin tugger (Dave's Tugger, found online) with 8 ounces of weight attached. This gives me a bit of a stretch all day and I'm also trying to loosen my skin more. Eventually I will get an ADS.

I have switched up my routine again. I will try to stick with this one for a couple weeks and see how it goes.

Measured today.
BPEL: 7.375" BFSFL: 7.5" EG: 5.4375"
Most noticeably an increase in girth. I am 1/8" from measuring 5.5" MEG, I'm feeling very positive right now.

My initial focus was on length. I realize I am fortunate to have a good BPEL, but my NBPEL is around 5"-5.25" right now thanks to being so overweight. But girth gains are very nice too, and I hope for more. If I can hit 5.5" consistently I would be very happy, but ultimately 5.75"-6" is what I am working for. Length would be nice too, but realistically if I drop some pounds I will be in a good position.

Nice mate, smashing it with some quality improvements. I find my gains are minimal compared to others, but having fun working out makes me more consistent.
I can see why others use the term slow and steady a lot.

Thanks! How long have you been doing this? A gain of +.6 in length is very substantial.

I’m just going to keep at it and up the intensity to see what happens.
The EQ improvements are amazing through PE which is a benefit on it’s own.

So do you recommend any particular exercise for length? What has worked for you to get the gains you have?

Current Routine:

Part I
ERECT BENDS.
I edge to hard erection. With one hand I clamp my penis at the deepest part of the base I can reach with a reverse grip. With the other hand I bend my shaft to the point of discomfort, feeling a great stretch but NO PAIN. I hold each bend for 21 seconds. I repeat this for each rep. I'm now doing:
  • Right, Up, Down
  • Right, Up, Down
  • Left
  • Right, Up, Down
  • Right, Up, Down
  • Left
  • Right, Up, Down
  • Right, Up, Down
Note I do fewer left bends. This is because I am working on straightening the small left curve I have. I still want to stretch the tissue, but more in the other directions.

10-15 minutes EDGING just to the PONR to fully engorge and stretch my penis. Next I shower off any lube and dry thoroughly.
I go about my business for 30 minutes or so to allow my penis to become completely unaroused in preparation for the next half of my routine. Then....

Part II

I have switched up my routine again. I have stopped doing the Mandingo stretches for now. Everything else feels great. I felt like the Mandingos were just a little too much right now. My penis felt totally wasted after doing them. I may reintroduce them in the future, but for now I'm backing off.

Another major change for me has been the elimination of porn from my life. I had been using it for visual stimulation during erect bends and edging sessions. After a few days of this I couldn't even get hard enough for sex with my wife. My mind kept drifting to the porn. It was really messed up and embarrassing that I couldn't perform. Now, 2 days away from it and I can feel myself already back to normal. I can edge etc. with just my imagination. Porn can be so overstimulating but it really is no substitute for the real thing for me.

I've made another change to my routine. For the past week I have been alternating days when I do either ERECT BENDS or BUNDLED STRETCHES followed by a day off. I found that doing both in the same day was negatively affecting my EQ. In addition to that, the ERECT BENDS frequently leave my penis with red dots (petechiae), so the extra 2 days off from that exercise allows the petechiae to clear up. I know that the petechiae is caused by the hard manual clamp I use at the base of my penis during the ERECT BENDS, so I may reduce the number of rounds I am doing or try to do the exercise with less of an erection.

Current Routine:

Day 1
ERECT BENDS.

6-8 hours wearing my weighted tugger to maintain a stretched, plump flaccid for as much of the day as I can. Still looking for an inexpensive extender or ADS.

Day 2

I finally ordered the Extender I've been wanting. I ordered the LeLuv Slider. It should be here in a couple of days and I will post updates regularly as I use it. I plan to continue the girth routine I'm on, then for the remainder of the day use the LeLuv to work on length.

Current measurements after 2 days rest: BPEL: 7 3/8" BPFSL: 7 5/8" (+1/8") EG: 5 15/32" (+1/32").

Started with the LeLuv Slider Extender today. I had a lot of trouble keeping it on at first. The rubbery sleeve they give you with the unit didn't work for me at all. I kept sliding out. So for the first couple hours I did nothing except try to find a better way to make it stay put. I eventually settled on a fabric strip from one of my wife's old headbands. I plan to get a silicone sleeve or some kind of rubber tape-like material asap, as I think I'll be able to use a looser noose or strap with something that doesn't allow as much sliding around.

I clocked a total time of just a few minutes over 3 hours with the LeLuv, but it was all in 10-15 minute chunks. It was very uncomfortable, as I probably had the tension cranked too high for a first-timer. I had to keep removing it to check for blood flow, etc. Anyway, I plan to continue with it, but with a better comfort wrap as soon as I can find one.

So today's routine:

  • Right, Up, Down - 21 second hold each direction. 7 Rounds total. No Left bends, as I am trying to correct my leftward curve.
10-15 minutes EDGING just to the PONR to fully engorge and stretch my penis.
Shower.
EXTENDER for 3 hours total.

I added Left ERECT BENDS back into my routine, as I want maximum expansion in all directions. I figure the LeLuv EXTENDER will take care of the curve over time.
