This morning's session was pretty good. Did some combo jelq/stretches in the shower and slapped on the BathMate for about 20 min. Did a little "man-scaping" last night and trimmed back my pubes real low - seemed to really help with the seal on the BM cause it was the tightest suction I'd had in a while. And suction makes all the difference in the world; I didn't measure but when I took the pump off, my cock was absolutely enormous - had to be well over 7" girth.

Today was the first day in a long time that I was actually able to get in a significant session (in terms of time). I had a full 1.5 hours and I took full advantage of it and got in a really good session.

- 15 min warmup (heating pad)
- LenghMaster directionals, bundles and rolls - 2 sets @ 15 min
- Jelqs - @ 15 min (standard and V) approx 300
- Dry pumping - 15 min
- BathMate - 15 min

Hadn't posted in a while but still going strong. I'm doing a combination of the the shower jelqs (from kingpole) and the routine I outlined in my last post. The time I actually spend ball pumping varies from day to day, but the routine is generally the same.
Got two weeks before my next measurement and I haven't measured in a while - I hope to see some good gains ...

Been following the same routine for the last few days:
Morning:
- BathMate - 15 min

Evening:
- 15 min warmup (heating pad)
- LengthMaster - directional stretches, bundles, twists and rolls - 2 sets @ 15 min
- Jelqs - @ 15 min (standard and V)- I can hit 300 if concentrate on it but I generally go slow to I can get good and plump
- Pumping: I've added ball pumping to my routine and I alternate the LongJohnny (PumpToys) with the regular penis cylinder (VacuTech). The scrotum needs lower pressure over a longer period of time so I'll generally do 15 with the regular cylinder, then anywhere from 30-45 with the LongJohnny.

Just finished a session and my balls feel great. They tend to turtle for a bit immediately afterwards but about 15-20 min later, they are nice and heavy. I figure if I keep this routine/pace up, I can add some tension in about a month (i.e. weights/rings, leather ball strap).

With only a couple weeks to go, I haven't done any measuring but just by eye-balling it, I think I might make my year-end goals as far as length. I've seemed to hit a slight wall regarding girth but I'm not making a fuss over that; my girth is pretty good - just need the length.

Had a great session this morning. Usual warmup, some light stretching and jelqing, then pumping. The more and more I use the LongJohnny the better it feels. I went about an hour in the tube and my balls got some really good expansion. I've lowered the overall pressure a bit and that has really seemed to help in getting more expansion. Afterwards, I did my usual 15 min in the BathMate while showering and my entire package feels great!

I just hate the fact I've gotta go out in the cold now - LOL!

Hey dude, nice stats! I was wondering tho, do you have any pictures. Not that I dont believe you, but I really wonder what a 6.67'' EG looks like on a 7.3'' NBPEL. Im almost there with the length and girth, just wonder how it's gonna look like :p

Well, it's the end of the year and it's time to see if I hit the goals I set when I hopped on the PE train. Here are my measurements and what I gained since my last measurement:

FGB: 6.3 (+0.175)
FGM: 5.8 (+0.05)
FGH: 5.6 (+0.10)
AVG FG: 5.9 (+0.10)

NBPFL: 5.75 (+0.25)
BPFL: 6.5 (+0.25)
BPFSL: 7.6 (+0.10)

EGB: 7.0 (+0.20)
EGM: 6.7 (0.0)
EGH: 6.5 (0.0)
AVG EG: 6.73 (+0.06)

NBPEL: 7.375 (0.0)
BPEL 7.9 (+0.15)

Not bad, but I fell a bit short. I'm not upset by any means; I've backed up all of my log entries and have formulated a routine (not much different from where I am now) that I think will help get me over the hump - especially regarding length. As you can tell, I got the big ZILCH in that department - no gains whatsoever :(. Big gains in flaccid (which confirmed what my eyes and hands told me) and a small, but good gain in erect girth (looks like I may hit my short-term girth mark before I hit my short-term length goal).

I am very surprised that I was able to increase in BPEL but not NBPEL - I've measured several times, each the same way, and the tape measure doesn't lie. Oh well - I'm having too much fun to stop, my gf is really diggin it and I've still got a goal to reach! :becky:

My last measurement was sometime near the beginning of October. I had just gotten my LengthMaster and wanted to get a baseline to see how it would help. It helped a great deal in flaccid measurements and with my BPEL ... still can't figure out why NBPEL is still the same.

yeah that's strange. If bpel increases doesn't that mean nbpel HAS to increase? unless your fat pad got bigger

That's what I've been scratching my head about and now that you bring that up, that's the only thing that could be the reason. But I haven't gained any weight and my fat pad is still 'seemingly' the same - as far as I can tell. I guess the new year will also bring in a new bodily exercise routine to get the pad down. IF the fat pad is the case, woohooo!!! :thumb:

As the old year closes out and the new year begins, so does my log. I'm starting fresh with my routine - including how I maintain my log. This year's goals are pretty simple: maintain my routine, maintain a healthy cock, continue to get as big as I can, and have a damn good time doing it! :becky:

I'm making steady progress in my girth gains but I want to slow that down a bit to concentrate on length. After reviewing my old log, I found there was a period where progress was solid and steady. There have been some exercises that I've found along the way to be highly beneficial. The "mix-it-up-P90X" style of attack worked very well and I will revert to that method of PE (for at least the first quarter of the year). While I probably won't do each and every one of the listed exercises every day, each of the exercises are core and will be hit in some capacity during my sessions during any given week.

With the start of my new routine for the year, my sessions will be comprised of the following base exercises on a twice-a-day schedule:

Morning - My morning routine will focus on light girth work as more of a maintenance routine. My focus is more on ball/scrotal enlargement as I build low hangers. The low pressure from the pump will serve as my penis pumping routine (it actually has been working quite well in my usage so far). My use of the VacuTech will be periodic and only as a maintenance option. Since I'm up and moving more during the day, I figure this would be a good time to work on scrotum stretching and wearing leather stretchers. I should be able to wear this under clothing with little trouble.

Warmup
15 min with heating pad

Exercises
Compass stretches (2-3 sets)
Flaccid bends (avg 5-10 @ 45 sec)
Erect Squeezes
15 min jelqs (standard and V - includes testicle jelqing)
30-45 min Ball pumping with LongJohnny
15 min BathMate

Warmdown
Lotion massage/light jelqs with testicle massage

Evening - My evening session will be dedicated to length, length and even more length. Stretching will be the sole focus as I work on loosening up the ligaments and the ever-present "cord." I'm looking to gain at least 1" in length this year.

Warmup
15 min heating pad

Exercises
Tunica tugs (avg 5-10 stretches @ 45 sec)
Base stretches (5 stretches @ 45 sec)
Flaccid bends
Fulcrum compass stretch (hold @ 30-45 sec each direction)
A-stretch - 3 sets @ 30 sec each
LengthMaster session (bundles, twists, rolls - approx. 10 minutes)

Warmdown
10 min heating pad
Light testicle massage
