As the old year closes out and the new year begins, so does my log. I'm starting fresh with my routine - including how I maintain my log. This year's goals are pretty simple: maintain my routine, maintain a healthy cock, continue to get as big as I can, and have a damn good time doing it! :becky:
I'm making steady progress in my girth gains but I want to slow that down a bit to concentrate on length. After reviewing my old log, I found there was a period where progress was solid and steady. There have been some exercises that I've found along the way to be highly beneficial. The "mix-it-up-P90X" style of attack worked very well and I will revert to that method of PE (for at least the first quarter of the year). While I probably won't do each and every one of the listed exercises every day, each of the exercises are core and will be hit in some capacity during my sessions during any given week.
With the start of my new routine for the year, my sessions will be comprised of the following base exercises on a twice-a-day schedule:
Morning - My morning routine will focus on light girth work as more of a maintenance routine. My focus is more on ball/scrotal enlargement as I build low hangers. The low pressure from the pump will serve as my penis pumping routine (it actually has been working quite well in my usage so far). My use of the VacuTech will be periodic and only as a maintenance option. Since I'm up and moving more during the day, I figure this would be a good time to work on scrotum stretching and wearing leather stretchers. I should be able to wear this under clothing with little trouble.
Warmup
15 min with heating pad
Exercises
Compass stretches (2-3 sets)
Flaccid bends (avg 5-10 @ 45 sec)
Erect Squeezes
15 min jelqs (standard and V - includes testicle jelqing)
30-45 min Ball pumping with LongJohnny
15 min BathMate
Warmdown
Lotion massage/light jelqs with testicle massage
Evening - My evening session will be dedicated to length, length and even more length. Stretching will be the sole focus as I work on loosening up the ligaments and the ever-present "cord." I'm looking to gain at least 1" in length this year.

Fulcrum compass stretch (hold @ 30-45 sec each direction)
