Thought I was going to get in a session on yesterday but I was gone all day and my gf spent the night so no PE for me. This morning however, I did get in some time with the BathMate - about 20 minutes. I also tooled around a bit with my LengthMaster - I have to go get some additional padding for it and I'll be ready to go. I did a few stretches with it and it's quite a different feel from when stretching by hand. The pull is more pronounced - not shocking since it's a mechanical device adding more leverage but the feeling as a bit more than anticipated.

Hey GettinthereOk tell me how you like the LengthMaster . The only thing that people had a hard time is with the wrapping .

How is your routine giong been a while???

So far so good. I've only had it a few days and really haven't had a chance to really use it since i need to get some additional padding. Wrappig is an issue but I found a post where a guy used some sort of weather strip type foam and it worked great. I plan on really getting it involved in my routine in about a week or so.

Well, it's been almost two full weeks of no PE. I tried to do very little, if any at all so I can go into the last quarter fresh. My gf will be away on assignment at another hospital for a while - not really looking forward to that. Yeh, I'll have an opportunity for max PE, not looking forward to the time apart though. But I digress ...

I have used lots of techniques and modified my routine several times over the last few months and I can't complain since I have realized good, noticeable gains. But going forward, I've settled into a core/base routine that I plan on keeping essentially the same on a 5/2 or 4/3 schedule, alternating days between length and girth workouts (I am eliminating combo days since I have found those days require longer rest periods). While this will be my basic exercise sets, I may vary things like number of sets, types of squeezes, length of pumping sets, intensity of stretching, etc. to maintain that "P90X" style that has worked for me so far. I want to try a more focused set in order to see what works, what doesn't and what I can do to improve gains.

I will be modifying the log from here on out (at least until the end of the year). This new log will be to track my progress over the last 3 months of the year as I go for my short term goals of 7.5" NBPEL and 7" EG. I've put my newest device, the LengthMaster, thru its paces over the last few days with some light cursory stretches and I'm confident that it'll help me not only reach those goals, but shatter them! :becky: Since I will be following the same routine, I will only post any deviations and significant results from the session.

I plan to lock down each session to anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour - 1.5 hours max on girth days.

Length Session (Long Days)
Warmup
- @ 15 minutes heat pad

Exercises
- 2 sets compass stretches - hold at 25-30 sec on 1st set / 60 sec on 2nd set
- Heli shakes / rumble shakes between sets and at various points during exercises
- 2 sets base compass stretches - hold at 25-30 sec each
- 5 A-stretches - hold at 25-30 sec each
- LengthMaster stretches (taken from MOS)
- Twist stretches (similar to bundle stretches) in each direction (compass) and straight out for 30 sec each
- Roll Stretches between the cheeks and upwards for 30 sec each
- ADDED 10/4: LM Thigh Stretches - hold at 30 sec
- LAS for 15 minutes

Warmdown
- 15 to 30 minutes heat pad
- light stretches


Girth Session (Fat Days)
Warmup
- @ 15 minutes heat pad

Exercises
- 1 set compass stretches - hold at 25-30 sec
- 1 set base compass stretches - hold at 25-30 sec
- 5 sets flaccid bends - hold at 25-30 sec each direction
- 5 erect squeezes - 10-15 sec hold - max pressure squeeze
- MODIFIED 10/3: 15-20 minutes jelqing - standard and V - should be able to get in approx 200 - 300
- 50 full pckg jelqs
- 15 minute (minimum) VacuTech
- 10-15 minute BathMate

Warmdown
- @ 150 stomach/thigh slaps
- testicle jelq/massage

Day 1 of the countdown went well. I measured before getting started so I could get a good baseline before I started. Like the last time I measured, I did my measurements both sitting and standing and saw that I didn't gain a bit - which is good news I guess since I didn't lose anything.

Session Notes:

- Long Day session @ 45 min

- thought I'd be a little "rusty" after the long layoff, but the stretches went well and no turtling, which was a pleasant surprise (seeing as how I was able to get in a really intense stretch with the LengthMaster).

- Cranked up my Ginko intake to 240 mg - had 1 capsule in the morning and I'll take another one tonight; will add Tribulus twice a week starting in a couple of weeks.

- Tried to do some scrotum stretches - was a little uncomfortable without lube - I'll save it for Fat sessions.

- Looking forward to tomorrow's Fat Day to work on girth.

Got a very early start this morning.

Session Notes:

- Fat Day session (1) @ 1.5 hrs

- Overall good session

- Well, it's only the first day on the new routine and I''m already making a modification :) . Instead of jelqing to a stroke count, I decided to jelq to a time limit of about 15-20 minutes. I lost count about mid way through and just set a time limit and I got a very good response.

- Took a bit t keep my erection levels down for jelqs so must were done at a high EQ (7/8)

- Wrapped tube while pumping and that helped me get some major expansion - even with the layoff, I was able to pack about 80% - 90% of the tube

- This is a good set of exercises - outside of maybe increasing vacutech time, gonna stay with this routine for a while

- Good session. Used continual heat and stretches felt good.

- REALLY enjoying the LengthMaster - it gives me a stretch and pull that I just can't get manually

- Found a new stretch for the LM purely on accident: while standing, I bend over slightly and allow the LM handles to rest on the back of my thighs, pulling my cock back behind me. I gradually come out of my bend and stand straight up, giving my cock a really good stretch at the base and ligs. It's great! I have no idea if this is an actual exercise and what it would be called. I'm calling it a LM Thigh Stretch. I've added it to my base routine.

- Had to heat up longer than normal tonight - took a bit longer to get into the stretches

- Didn't use the BathMate so I pumped longer with VacuTech (@30 min) - had a really good pump

- Wearing full package ring now to maintain plump (will probably wear for about an hour)

- Need to find more techniques for scrotum stretching to incorporate on next session

Didn't get in a session yesterday so I kind of doubled-up today. I did some light stretching this morning with my LengthMaster and my scheduled girth work a little while ago.

Session Notes:

- Fat Day session (3) @ 1.5 hrs

- Like my last Fat Day session, I didn't use the BathMate so I pumped with VacuTech (@45 min) ; took two breaks @ 15 min marks to jelq

- Wearing full package ring - will leave on for about 2 hours

- I plan to warm up and use the BathMate for @ 20-25 min in the morning to get in a good session before my weekend breal

- Modified Long Day @ 35 min (including 15 min Bathmate use in shower)

- The LengthMaster is quickly becoming a staple rather than an accessory in my stretching routine. After I warmed up (15 min), I had the absolute best stretching session I'd had in a long time. During most manual stretching routines, I am having to adjust my grip a lot and that a) adds to the time and b) gets me a little off rhythm. With the LM, I set it and go. Plus, I can get so much more leverage and pull - the stretch is just great! I went through a battery of exercises in about 7 minutes that it generally takes about 15 minto do.

- After the stretch exercises, I used the BathMate in and out of the shower - I kept it on as long as I could as I got ready and dressed. Very thick hang.

- Long weekend ahead with little to no PE time anticipated (but I will certainly try to find a few here and there :) )

LOL! Metal? Nah bro - LengthMaster's all wood. BathMate and Vacutech are plastic/lucite. Cock rings are silicone. Absolutely NO metals here!!!

I'm in my second week of being handcuffed in not being able to do any PE - and it sucks. I'm able to get in some minor stretching in the shower but nothing I consider significant. My schedule simply doesn't allow it right now but hopefully that'll change soon. I have to order another BathMate due to an unfortunate accident so I'm not even able to do any multitasking in the shower. My hope is that the extended time off doesn't hinder progress from reachig year end goals.

Got my new BM in mail yesterday and broke it in good this morning ;) Even though I wanted a Goliath model (to fit my entire package), I stuck with the Hercules model. The session lasted about 20 min as I left it on during shower and as I dried off and went thru my regular morning grooming routine (multi-tasking is just so great :becky: ). My hang is nice and heavy - too bad I can't stay inside in the warmth since I know the cold will have a negative affect - time to break out the thermals. But my schedule is shifting again this week so I will be able to return to some semblance of order with my PE routine. Yay!!!

Just wondering how that ring worked out for you. I have heard that ring is not as effective as making a custom made one like the Ring of Power.

I just ordered my zinc tubing and waiting for it to arrive before I go buy some Food Grade copper and silicone tubing.

I let it go. I have no doubt that it worked since my flaccid hang was pretty impressive when I wore it and my testicles hung very nicely. But, that thing made me feel "funny" - one of the known side effects of how your body reacts to how the zinc and copper interact. It was like being on the verge of being nauseous, but far enough away to not get the feeling, you know? I always felt better about 5 min after I'd take it off.

So needless to say, it's no longer in my toolbox.

I was able to get in a session fo significance today at long last - and it was great!

Session Notes:

- Modified Long Day @ 45 min (with 15 min Bathmate)

- Warmed up (15 min) and had a great stretching session. I used the LengthMaster to get in some directionals, fulcrum, bends, twists and bundles - varied lengths and intensities over 15 min.

- After the stretches, I used the BathMate and kept it on as long as I could as I got dressed. Pumped up fast and it took a bit of effort to get it off - the plunger base really digs into cock and leaves very pronounced ridges. I think I'll be ready for the Goliath in another month :becky:

Also looking to get a LongJohnny cylinder from PumpToys in order to do some combo/full package pumping.

Haven't posted in several days but I have been able to get some quality sessions in. Basically comprised of BathMate for about 15-20 minutes in the shower in the mornings, and a full session of using the LengthMaster, jelqing, and my VacuTech during the evenings. With my schedule the way it is right now, I'm not really able to maintain my planned Length/Fat days so I get in combo sessions whenever I can. Hopefully things will settle out over the next week or so and I can get back into my regular schedule.

But in the meantime, the sessions I am able to get in are good ones. Using the BathMate in the morning really helps keep me flushed for a good part of the day so when I am abel to get in a longer session, the bloodflow really helps. I've really settled into a groove with the LengthMaster and I'm really enjoying it. The range of exercises and stretches I can do now, for much longer periods of time, are great. I have yet to measure but I think I've gained maybe 1/4" or maybe even more in length. If that's the case, I should certainly reach my year end goal.

A couple of nights ago, I used the BathMate in the morning and then again before my full session. I do hope I am able to do that more often - wow! It took much longer to get back up to the level of stretching because of the girth but my VacuTech session went extremely well. I used the "pulse" technique (hold the pressure at or slightly above 5Hg and leave there for 1 min, then drop pressure to about 1Hg for about 5-10 seconds) and got an excellent pack. I used the BathMate again afterwards for about 5 min. I didn't measure but I had to be well over 7".

Next week is shaping up to be a good week for a good schedule so hopefully all goes well.

Hadn't logged routine in over a week or so but still going ... schedule has made it a bit cumbersome to get in adequate time so a "mini" routine during my morning shower has been my primary PE time and I'm thankful I have at least that much time.

I do some basic stretches and wet jelqs after the water gets me loose, then I'll use the BathMate all the way up until it's time to get fully dressed (ends up being about 20 full minutes in the tube).

This morning I was able to get in some good stretch time with the LengthMaster and a really good session with the BathMate. With the holiday day off tomorrow, I'm gonna get in some measurements and start Kingpole's routine (low erection jelqing for length).
