Part two of my "two-a-days" and I'm feeling really good. My hang was pretty nice for most of the day and I was able to get in a few JAI stretches in the bathroom. I really wanted to pump but I am sticking to the routine (for now anyway - the BathMate may change all of that - hopefully it'll get here by the weekend so I can start it next week).

Anyway, stretching - and lots of it - was on the menu for tonight. After my standard warm up, I did:

- 3 fulcrum stretches straight down (pretty hard) - holding at 60 seconds each
- 2 sets rotary stretches - holding each direction about 30 seconds
- 3 fulcrum stretches straight down (progressively increasing intensity) - holding at 60 seconds each
- directional fulcrum stretches - left, right, up (progressively increasing intensity at halfway mark) - holding at 60 seconds each

I also experimented with a slight variation on the "up" stretch. After I stretched as hard as I could getting it slightly above my bellybutton, I grabbed the base and let go of my original OK grip near the glans and stretched from this point, holding around 60 seconds. Wow - very intense stretch. Will certainly add this to my routine from here on.

After 3 of those, I did one long tunica tug - I stretched as long as I could. I would estimate that the range was between 1:30 to 2 min - that exercise really tires out my hand - probably because of the tight grip and the intensity at which I'm pulling.

I took a break and occasionally gave myself a nice dose of heat and massaged my cock with the heating pad to prevent any turtling. After about an hour layoff, I resumed with just a little more stretching:

- 3 fulcrum stretches straight down (progressively increasing intensity) - holding at 60 seconds each (I really like these. Feeling the stretch of the ligs in the base feels really good)
- 3 sets flaccid bends in all directions - 30 second hold

Warmed down with the heat pad and did a few rumble shakes to keep the blood pumping. Overall, a good workout to end the day.

I'm thinking about purchasing one of the LengthMasters from MOS. I like the manual stretching but these stretches not only work out your cock, but your arms as well. I really don't want Popeye forearms (I'll leave that to my gym workouts) so I may invest in a mechanical device to help take the strain off a bit. This looks pretty good and most of the reviews I've read on it have been favorable so I may check it out.

In the morning, I'll get the day started with some pumping and jelqing.

Yeh, I didn't go to college (military out of high school) but my basketball coach in high school "thought" we were football players for some reason and had us conditioning with them during their summer two-a-days. Brutal! LOL

Well this mornng was a rush - overslept and had to scramble to make the train (which I am happy to say I made and am currently posting this via phone :) ). My plan was to get in about 30 minutes of pumping and 30 minutes of jelqing. Unfortunately, each got cut roughly in half but I wasnt going to let the morning go by and not get in a session. Now THAT'S determination :becky:

So I warmed up as I did other things to get myself ready - pack up laptop, get out clothes, etc. Even though I was rushing, I wasn't going to skip heating up good - no need to have a senseless injury. I proceeded to pound out 200 jelqs - 8 sets of 25 with alternating speed and pressure. I then slapped on the pump and proceeded to have one of the best pump sessions I've had in a long time. Maybe it was the fact it was morning (when test levels are highest) or that I was very aware of my time - I don't know but i do know that my cock responded wonderfully. I maxed at redline 7Hg and it felt really good as I "jacked the tube."

I stayed in a solid 15 minutes and thn did an additional 150 jelqs, same as before. I then hopped in the shower and got in some flaccid bends as I showered up and I got in 2 really good fulcrum stretches right before I walked out the door.

The session was great and my body responded very very well. Since I didn't get in all the time I planned, i may continue tonight with this same routine after I get in my stretches.

I had originally planned to have tonight's session be pretty much more of the same from this morning, but after thinking about it before I started, I decided to go another way and do what I had intended to do for this morning. And since I had more time, I decided to add a bit more to the routine than originally planned.

- Standard warm-up - 20 minutes
- 5 fulcrum stretches - straight down - 60 seconds each
- 5 base stretches - 30 seconds each

(One new twist I added to the base stretch was that I kegeled during the last half of each stretch. At the 30 second mark, I did a quick kegel each second as I increased the tension throughout the stretch. With my free hand, I pressed the area in between my balls and the anus to try and get some internal stretching in. Felt amazing! I also applied heat between each set and each different exercise for about 20-30 seconds - gotta bring the HEAT!)

- 5 fulcrum stretches - alternating left and right - 30 seconds each direction
- 2 sets flaccid bends - left, right, down - 30 seconds each

After the flaccid bends, I went right into jelqing with 200 wet jelqs - 8 sets @ 25 each - moderate to high intensity. Then I pumped for about 30 minutes (I wanted to go longer but didn't want to develop a donut), taking a break at 15 minute intervals to jelq, massage and get in some erect squeezes. I stayed between 5Hg - 7Hg and felt like blowing a load in the tube while I was jacking it (but I was able to hold it off - gotta save that for the gf :becky: ). I made sure to keep the tube warm and I packed to about 80%. Another plus was that I seemed to get more length as I went nearly 1/4" past my mark on the tube. Was VERY happy about that. I think the heavy stretching beforehand played a big part.

I finished with stomach and thigh slaps. I cleaned up and gave my cock a good massage with the Johnson's cream. Wow - talk about a fat cock …. measured at 7" girth at the glans and mid and nearly 7 1/4" at the base. YES!!! Now to make that stick!

Both sessions were really good today. Tomorrow's no pumping so right now, the plan is to clamp and do more of the same stretches.

I went to bed last night with every intention of doing some clamping this morning but my cock said "Nah, we ain't doing that today." And since I'm learning to listen to what he says, we opted out of that. PIs are good and woke up with decent wood, but just felt like taking it in another direction. I wasn't rushed this morning so I decided to get in a good jelq workout.

Standard warm up then I went into my stretches:

- 5 fulcrum stretches straight down - 60 second hold
- directional fulcrum stretches - left, right, up (progressively increasing intensity at halfway mark) - 30 second hold
- Under thigh - left and right - 30 seconds each
- Straight out, left and right - 30 seconds seach
- Straight up, left and right fulcrum - 30 seconds each

With the type of workout I had last night, I used a lot of heat this morning to make sure things stayed loose. After my stretches, I did about 400 jelqs in a variety of grips, speed and intensity:

- 100 @ 25 per set - moderate grip, moderate speed (3 seconds)
- 100 @ 50 per set - strong grip, moderate speed (3 seconds)
- 100 @ 75 per set - alternated between v-jelgs and standard - varied grip intensity from moderate to "death grip" - varied speed from moderate (3 seconds) to super slow (@ 5-6 seconds)
- 100 @ 25 per set - 50 straight v-jelqs at moderate grip/speed / 50 straight standard jelqs at high grip/high speed (@ 2 seconds)

I allowed the hot water from shower to act as my warm down method. My cock is hanging really good right now and I hope to maintain it thru the day. I will certainly be looking to get some sort of ADS very soon as I don't want to lose anything I'm gaining in flaccid length. Flaccid gains = stretched flaccid gain = erect gains (I love this equation! :becky: )

I haven't purchased the LengthMaster yet and I'm not sure about the Power Assist.

That's a good question about gaining erect and not flaccid. I would think it would be possible when you look at 'growers' in general. I got in a tangent about a week or so ago, going thru random porn sites and came across a video of Mandingo on some sort of talk show. Your Log is pretty impressive! I'll be interested to see what you think of the Bathmate. I loved mine initially & I still like it but I am not getting the same satisfaction from the pump it gives me as I did at the beginning.

I now use it every three days, thinking that by using it every day, I over did it & saw diminishing returns. Having said that, I kind of backed off with my manual work at that time, so maybe I shouldn't loose faith in it.

Did pumping over the preceding 10 years bring you up to 6.6 EG or were you close to that naturally?

I've always had decent girth (though I didn't really know it until recently). The 6.6 I'm at now can be attributed to becoming consistent (borderline addicted) with PE. I was a little over 6 naturally (@ 6 1/8) and the half inch I've gained is from 'joining the gym' (back in May) and gettin serious about my workouts.

As far as gaining from 10 years pumping, I would say that I gained next to nothing - if anything at all - because I was sooooo inconsistent and my breaks between forays were measured in years, not months. I wish I knew then about PE and pumping what I know now - no telling how big I'd be :)

And I'm very interested in the BathMate. I blew it off at first but read too many good reviews and
testimonials to ignore it. Thanks for the heads up on usage - I have to fight myself to not pump every day and while I know the BathMate is 'technically' a pump, my intentions were to use it daily.

You mentioned that you were not getting the same results - what's changed specifically?

I am not totally sure, I think I got a bit lazy after about 1 month of having the Bathmate. I started just using the Bathmate & doing next to no manual PE. This continued for about 2 weeks.

I think I maybe needed a little break from PE after 1 year solid. Having said that, as soon as I noticed the loss in gains - I got straight back on with my manual work.

What it has taught me is that, whilst Bathmate is good - it is only an addition to a regular PE routine. But it does ADD to a regular routine.

This made me realize just how powerful the manual exercises are & I am heavily into my squeeze based girth routines now - but doing it every other day.

Decided to take it easy this evening - been going at it pretty hard for three days. No pain, soreness or anything like that - PIs are good, I feel good, and my cock is hanging nicely - just a bit of a mid-week breather of sorts. I will be pumping on tomorrow and will probably do a long session tomorrow evening and I don't want to overdo it.

So this session was pretty light:

- Spent extra time in warm up - @ 30 minutes
- Light basic stretching - all directions holding @ 60 seconds each
- Base stretching - these I did pretty hard (intensity) - 3 at @ 60 seconds
- 2 tunica tugs - progressive intensity @ 60 seconds each
- 200 wet jelqs (standard) - varied intensity and speeds
- After cleaning up, I did a 10 minutes LAS

Finished with helis, thigh/stomach slaps, and a bit of random stretching (after an LAS, my cock always needs bit of stretching).

I plan on doing fowfers when I go to bed tonight for about 20 minutes and repeat before I get out of bed in the morning.

I wanted to make this morning's pump session just as effective as the one a couple of days ago so I tried to follow it as close as I could (without all the rushing).

- Standard warmup @ 15 minutes
- Light basic stretches all directions for about 5 mintes
- 200 jelqs - 8 sets of 25 with alternating speed and pressure.
- pump for 15 minutes - max pressure redline 7Hg
- 150 jelqs
- flaccid bends in shower
- fulcrum stretches to round things up

Not quite as good as the original but still effective an effective session. Good pump time and my cock is hanging nice and plump right now. I've always jelqed before going into the tube but lately it seems like the jelqing is conditioning my cock better for the tube as I am getting increasingly better and faster expansion and actually starting to see some length gain (albeit little, but still a gain) in the tube.

So far so good on the two-a-day routine - this seems to be working out ok for right now. While I do have a set core of exercises I do, I simply alternate them over several days. It seems as though I'm responding better to the p90-X style of "muscle confusion" workouts rather than a daily repetition of the same exercises (probably because I have a low LOT), so I will definitely have to be creative how I maintain my workouts once my 'other' schedule shifts again. I'm certainly going to keep up the twice-daily as long as possible.

(As a side note, I did the fowfers in two sets last night - 20 minutes while watching tv in bed and another set to which I fell asleep on. Don't know how long I stayed in the position but I woke up about 2 AM and my cock felt different. Not different bad, but 'fuller' than I'd ever felt it after sleeping. So I re-tucked and went back to sleep and this morning woke up a very nice flaccid hang. I'm impressed with this exercise and will add it to the routine)

Last night's session was scrapped as a started to develop a headache and didn't want to do a session and it not be productive. So I put myself in the 'fowfer position' and fell asleep. This morning woke up feeling quite horny - too bad my gf wasn't around :( - haven't been together all week and it sucks. Good for PE, not so good for social needs. I posted my test drive of the BathMate in another post and as I stated, very impressed. The BathMate will make an excellent addition to my sessions. I figure I could use it both ways - as a warmup device and as a warmdown device. With the way my sessions run, I'll probably use it more as a warmdown. Since my Monday is scheduled to be a Fat Day, I'll probably use it during my session - right before I go into my jelqs - and again afterwards during warmdown as I cleanup.

I just can't get over just how comfortable this thing is .....

After my episode with the BathMate yesterday (did I mention I love how comfortable it is?), I wanted to use it again today. BUT I did show some restraint there though and kept it in my bag - I won't see any action on that until tomorrow evening. I limited myself to some light stretches and a few tunica tugs. Small session, but not the total day off I was supposed to do.

Oh well ... hehehehehe ;)

Off days are typically important, but I usually avoid them.. Some form of PE is always good (edging), but I usually go until I have to stop, don't feel like doing it one day, or just keep it to a lighter routine. Keep up the good work :)
