Well, took measurements yesterday and I am fairly pleased with the results. While in the process of recording everything, it occurred to me that I never got a real baseline measurement profile when I started; partly because I wasn't a member of PEGym at the time and didn't know there were SO many ways and aspects of measuring. BPEL, NBPFSL - all of that was completely new. I did a cursory measurement right when I started in April and to a large degree, it served as a nice point at which to base the next two months on. Now that those two months have come and gone, I took my approach to measuring this time in a purely clinical perspective (or as much as I could) and gathered what I believe is a good baseline. These measurements now constitute my new "starting" stats and all measurements going forward will be based on these:
April starting stats: EL: 7 / EG: 6.125. The girth measurement was taken at the base - this is where I had to measure for my VacuTech cylinder so I kept that one.
FGB: 5.75 > FGM: 5.5 > FGH: 5.25 (AVG FG: 5.5) >>> NBPFL: 4.375 > BPFL: 5.25 > BPFSL: 6.625
EGB: 6.5 > EGM: 6.375 > EGH: 6.5 (AVG EG: 6.5) >>> NBPEL: 7.375 > BPEL > 7.75 (+ 1/8" girth, + 3/8" length - 60 days)
Girth measurements were taken in three places - base (B), mid-shaft (M) and right below glans (H).
Gains were modest but very pleased with results. Erect girth gains are good (and very noticeable to my Lady's sweet spot :biggrin1: ). Decent EL gains (nearly 1/2" ain't too shabby - I just wish my BPEL was my NBPEL!). EQ has improved a good bit as well; very strong morning wood. Flaccid gains are the most notable - while I didn't have a baseline back in April on flaccid measurements, I can say my cock has gotten noticeably fuller, longer and heavier in its flaccid state. I feel pretty good about the gains seeing as how I wasn't able to get in the scheduled sessions like I wanted. I thought I was taking too much time off (not intentional) but it seemed to be a good mix.
After reading through the Penis Exercise eBook, I have decided to change up my routine and use pumping as a supplement rather than the focal point of my sessions. I would estimate that the majority of my gains came in when I revamped my warmup with more stretching and I believe that is the key for me in getting where I want to be. Along with the changes in the overall routine, my plan is to break up my workouts into two parts - one will concentrate on length (Long Days) and the other on girth (Fat Days). Long Days will focus on stretching for length,; Fat Days on girth exercises and pumping. If any of you are familiar with the P90X workout, I'm going to take a similar approach. While not dealing with the same type of muscle, I believe the premise is the same in that if you do the same routine all the time, the muscle eventually don't respond to the stimuli and plateaus in growth - you have to change it up and keep your body guessing. From what I read in the eBook, I think this approach can work well as well. The composite of all the exercises and stretches will be the same, I will just do some one day and others on another day. I am incorporating elements of JP's 90-Day newbie routine, along with some advanced techniques, and of course some pumping. After 45 days, I plan to introduce clamping, then at the end of the 90 days, I "might" try hanging - not sure about this one and we'll see how things have progressed when we get to that spot. I also plan to introduce ball pumping at the 45 day mark if things are progressing well enough.
The eBook is pretty good and recommended reading - my first read was kinda scattered but I hit all the chapters. My re-read will be more linear and more analytical. I am even creating a 90-day calendar listing the various stretches and exercises for each day. I will measure once every two weeks or so to track which program is working and which one isn't. I think I'm on a good track to hit my short term goal at the end of the year if I can keep this pace up with my last gains.
