I also have a BathMate and I love it. As far as standard pumps, I would recommend a VacuTech pump. Simply go to their site and follow their instructions on how to size for a cylinder.

As far as fatigue, my cock was pretty sore - not in pain but sore from my session - and I was hoping that I would be able to perform properly when my gf came over for a visit. And I am very happy to say that the performance was stellar :becky:

Low intensity jelqing for me is light grip and very slow - anywhere from 4-6 seconds. and I concentrate on keeping my cock at about 50%-60% erect. I got my stuff all ready for a session then decided against it. With all the sex I've had over the last couple of days (and more in store) and the sessions I was able to get in, I don't want to overdo it. So I'm aiming for today to be a complete rest day. If my gf wants to "play," then I'm not gonna turn it down ;) but I want to get as much rest today as I can. My schedule is fairly open the rest of the week so I'll be able to get in some good sessions the rest of the week. After yesterday being a total rest day, this morning's/afternoon's session was very good. Did more of a combo routine with a tad more emphasis on length with lots of tunica tugs. The electrical heating pad gave me some good heating and I was able to maintain a low erection on much of the exercises since I did my session while studying for my midterm - this stuff is dry enough to kill any hint of a boner! LOL!!

Exercises
For the most part I did a hodge-podge of exercises - just whatever felt good (basic stretches in no particular order or time limit). I used a lot of the heating pad during my routine, often going stretches with it just resting on my cock as I read thru my study notes - all that heat kept me nice and loose. Here's a synopsis of the routine:

- approx 2 sets basic stretches all directions (under thigh, left right, up, out, straight down fulcrum)
- @ 5-6 base fulcrum stretches @ 60 sec hold
- @ 2-3 sets directional tunica tugs (@ 25 sec hold each direction with 60 sec hold straight out on last set)
- bundled stretches - approx 4-5 - varied length
- approx 50 dry jelqs (low intensity)

The dry jelqing is not something I particularly like, but with my schedule today and the way the session was going, I figured I'd give it a shot again. So I watched the instructional video again to make sure my technique was good and the jelqs weren't too bad. Certainly something I can add as a peripheral exercise.

Today's session was all about girth. Even though length is my primary focus, I'm not neglecting my girth routines/goals and today was all about getting fatter. Excellent session today and I've got a really nice, heavy hang going on right now and balls are really full and heavy. I think I've found a groove with the testicle exercises so I will incorporate them more into my normal routine. My goal is about a two-three inch increase in hanging length and maybe 25% bigger in testicle size (that would put me at about a small egg size - perfect!)

No session today. Had another "marathon night" with gf last night and my star player needs to sit on the bench for a bit ;) .

Long weekend upcoming so I think I'll take that time to get some rest and hit it hard again on next week. This week's sessions were quite good and my cock responded very well. With September already a week in the books (well almost), I've got one more quarter (3 solid months) to work on reaching my year-end short term goals. Good session today. I had the day off so I really took my time (@ 2.5 hrs total) and got in a combo workout.

While I didn't do any actual PE exercises like stretching or jelqing, I did work on my kegels and reverse kegels over the weekend. I still don't have the reverse kegel down but I think I'm getting there. Found some new exercises and wanted to gradually incorporate them into my routine. If things work out with my schedule this evening, I may do a second session tonight.

One thing that I found both good and bad was my girth was very full today and it made it a bit tedious to stretch and prolonged the stretching portion since I had to use more heat between sets to "thin myself out" (another reason why my session was so long).

Yeh - I will occasionally do slaps between stretches but for the most part I just apply more heat.
I guess my warmup is rather long in comparison to others here but I've found that max heat keeps me loose, really helps my stretch, keeps circulation levels up ... and it just feels damn good! ;) And I generally heat the entire genital area, not just the shaft. I'm a big advocate of heat since good circulation is a key ingredient to PE. I've also found that it also helps prevent turtling.
As far as lotion I use for massage, I use Johnson's baby creamy oil with aloe and vitamin e (green bottle). It feels good, smells great and helps treat my skin. Occasionally I'll heat it up - that feels really good.

The electrical pad is actually too big - about 12" x 12" - but it suits my purposes and warms pretty good. The smaller thermopack heat pad is about 10" x 7". Both bought from WalMart - look in the pharmacy section.

Due to time constraints this morning, I wasn't able to get in a full session so I used my BathMate to help me multitask. I didn't stress warmup since the hot watet from the shower AND the warm water in the tube would've been adequate to keep me loose. The total time in the tube was about 30 minutes - 2 sets of BM Stretches after 10 min in. When I was done showering, I dried off and got ready as much as I could with the pump still on. Today's session was basically a repeat of yesterday: 30 min with BathMate (10 min spent doing BM Stretches).

At long last, my LengthMaster finally came in so I will be putting it to some very good use starting this week. 1/2" in 3 months? I think that's totally doable and will be my aim - that should put me comfortably over my short term goal of 7.5" ...

Going to continue my rest period today - if anything, I'll maybe do some occasional kegeling throughout the day.

Didn't get to post my session yesterday so I'll be posting double today.

Yesterday morning was a rather quick session - gf was coming over and I was a little pressed for time but was still able to get in a good quality session. It's a typical one I have come to do when running short on time and it works well - today modified it a bit and added in some dry pumping with VacuTech.
