Hey everyone,

Have been a lurker for a long time and tried a few times now to get a PE routine established but haven't found momentum. Time to change that. I'm trying to set some realistic goals and going to try to stick to the JP90 as closely as I can. I have a bathmate as well that is collecting dust and am going to look to introduce it after I get through the 90 days. Wish me luck.

My initial measurements:
NBPEL - 5.3" ~13.5cm
GIRTH - 5.5" ~ 14cm
BPEL - 14.5cm dont have a ruler with inches.

I'll probably look to redo my measurements over the next week to establish a bit of a starting average, will try to post progress every day. Wish me luck.

Would really like to be puching 7" x5.5" so length is my initial hope and maybe with some beginners gains I think i'd be happy to see 6" but who knows would be nice to be longer than I am thick...

Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.


It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
