Ok, so I started on monday, 13 Sept. My reasons are simple. My wife says she's happy but I'm not. I have a few problems that bother me. First, I finish WAAAAAY to fast, doing kegels for that and thinking about trying this edging thing. Secondly, my penis is about 1 inch flaccid. when hard only about 5 and a half. I will take good measurements soon. My wife has had some lovers that are as big as 8" and way bigger around than me. No idea what my thickness is but its like an inch and a half across. I know I supposedly ring my wifes bell but honestly, I've lived with this my whole life, This website and the information in it gives me real tangible hope and I truly hope that its not all bull. I'm doing the basic beginner program in the beginners guide right now, exactly as written with the addition of 10 minutes of V-Jelqs for some girth. I'd like any and all suggestions you guys might have. And please....tell me the hope is real....please. I am so freakin tired of being the smallest guy in the locker room or losing my erection during sex because I start thinking my wife looks a little bored. I truly feel like a pathetic loser, I'm a good husband a great dad and a joke in bed. I've learned to compensate for this by concentrating on the foreplay like oral or finger stimulation but just once in my life I want to be able to undo my pants and see my wifes eyes go wide. As it is sex has been very infrequent and my wifes is starting to doubt that I'm attracted to her when in fact I live in constant lust of her but I'm so damned embarrassed about myself that I can't get past it to be in the mood. I know this will be slow, I know that there's every chance I won't grow at all, but I hope.......

I think the messages on here that really bother me are the ones by guys who start at 7" and stuff like that. Or the fact that all the videos feature examples of the excercises by guys with like 12" hammers. Anyway, its nice to know the big boys worry too. But even an extra inch would change my world. Wish me luck, give me any suggestions, and for gods sake, tell me I'm not going to have to get someone else to please my wife like a real man. And yes, I'm THAT desparate for something here.

Hey fun4me2_yk I just started the beginners program on Labor day weekend or Sept 7th I have the same concerns as you and it sounds like we are about the same size. I am about 5 BPEL and 4.5 EG. I took a different approach I told my wife how I feel and what I am planning on doing because she gives me that boring look during sex like are you done yet?? She seemed to respond to me being open about it. Maybe we could compare progress in a few weeks and see if its working or not??

I'm not sure if you're just venting some frustration or you're actually a really negative person but your mindset sounds pretty self distructive. Learn to love yourself and start enjoying life. You're not hung like a pornstar but you definitely dont have a micro penis. You're average at the very least.

That being said, there is hope. PE is very much real but it takes knowledge, dedication and hardwork. I would refrain from adding that 10 mins of extra V-Jelqs. The beginner program is already pretty intense. Last thing you need is to overwork your penis at the start and get injured.

Amazing, not generally a negative person, just had a bad night last night when I lost it during sex with wife. Very embarrassing and discouraging. I'm finding it very hard to stay positive right now and I feel like a failure. Thanks for the advice on the v-jelqs, dropped them. will do the program as written then until its time to add more. As for the micro penis, I guess I'm average but I'm on the low side of that. Certainly don't seem to be doing it for my wife lately.

Hey man, I started at 4 3/4". There is hope for you. BUT, you will have to dedicate yourself to a structured routine and do the work. You will have to do the exercises when you don't feel like doing them, you will have to MAKE the time. But if you are serious and are willing to put forth the effort, you too can have a huge cock. I have almost the same problem as you, look at my profile for measurements.
Yes, it works, it'not bullshit, and I have a PhD in Engineering, I know how to take measurements.... I was skeptisch as well reading the posts, but now I'm doing my exercises since the 26th of August, and the results are visible.
Yes, it's hard work, requires dedication and MOTIVATION. If you do it for your wife, don't start: you will get frustrated and stop very soon. Do it for yourself and think positive, keep going for the first three months and results will give you more energy.
Yes it takes time, and does not work if you skip days of exercises, you must be consistent. Consider that you could get 1 inch in 1 year (less time if you are lucky), and visualize yourself in 2 years 2" longer and 1,5" bigger, that's what I am doing. Is it worth? You bet! I am still striving to get my first half inch, but gains are permanent.

Start with the basic routine for the first couple of months (I am using 2 days on-1 off), stay well hydrated during the day, quit smoking and too much drinking, cut fat intake (in case you are overweight).
Someting that does help me are JAI stretches, check them out and use them during the day everytime you go to the toilet, it will improve immediately (and immediately in PE means a couple of months) the way you look in your flaccid state.

I do understand your concerns and you must feel like an uncapacitated man, just like I do. One thing is true. PE does work. I see changes since I started doing it, but unfortunately had an injury 2 days back from stretching too hard and being tired of physical gym workout. I'm on a break right now until It heals. I can't wait to get back to it and see more gains. Don't rush it. I probably rushed a bit in the stretches and got a bruise ( a vein collapsed). With decent rest, work and staying positively minded, you'll accomplish your goals and feel like a better man.

Hi fun4me welcome to the gym i am defiantly hear to tell you P.E. works i've been at it a little over a mont and have added almost 3/4'' to my penis (girth and length gains) i am almost stretching at 7'' now flaccid and i have hit 7'' erect with a 10 eq but my penis has changed so drastically since i started it is really unbelievable man first i saw a small flaccid gain and my veins started to buldge and thats all i needed to get on the train man lol keep in mind that gains most of the time come slow so appreicate every 1/16'' of an inch you gain and you are sure to succeed because those small gains will eventually turn into large ones. Just remember that if you stay consistant with your routine put in the time and dedication you are sure to succeed my friend also you could start taking some L-argenine and omega-3 fatty acids they aid in vascular health so it will help you prevent injury. i have been taking both since the start and i have avoided injury thus far lets hope i can keep it that way ; ) anyway best of luck to you man

Thanks to all of you, I truly appreciate the encouragement and understanding. I AM in fact doing this purely for myself as my wife assures me that everything is fine in the bedroom with us. That being the case tho, I still sense some unsatisfaction there and maybe that's just my mind seeing what I think it should but who knows. Either way, I'm stickin to the program and doing what I need to do to make some kind of positive effort towards change. That alone has helped me. I am truly glad that I signed up for the forum tho, hearing from you guys really makes a difference. Thank you.

I am really feeling like this is doing something, today is an off day, my member is feeling that good sore you get when you work out and I'm hanging a little lower than normal in flaccid state. Got an erection at lunchtime and I swear it felt heavier for some reason. All good signs I guess. Looked at the instructions for the JAI stretch, sounds pretty easy and low impact lol, anyone think I shouldn't start these yet? I am thinking it couldn't hurt to do a few when going to the bathroom. I'll say this tho, I like the soreness. Again maybe its just that instead of whining to the world about my self I'm taking positive action. Don't know. Also when I masturbated at lunch I got some on my face. Do Kegels work that damned fast? What the hell. Normally it just kind of comes out and sits on my belly, Someone warn a guy next time, what If I had been yawning or something. ;) Anyway, I'm feeling a little better today, not quite so ready to find my wife someone to play with but then I still haven't taken measurements. Have to do that this weekend. Honestly, I'm a very positive person most days, the other day just threw me. Thanks for putting up with the whining.

Sorry JP, I know I've been low since I started but I love my wife and want to please her and when I started convincing myself I had failed it really brought me down. So lets set some goals here shall we? I guess my first goal would be to get at least 6", don't know what girth to wish for as I still need to buy a tape measure or find a piece of string to find out what I am now. Reallistically. I don't want a lot here. My ultimate goal is to be over 7". As well I have begun trying edging to train myself to be able to hold back during sex better. Even if I didn't grow, if I could last longer it probably wouldn't matter what size I was. Still, I want to grow and I believe I can. Ready for more today at lunch. Really looking forward to it. I loved the feelings I had yesterday, good sore and feeling nice and spongy and heavy if that makes any sense. No red marks, I make sure I warm up at least 10 minutes if not more and Damn, that's just pleasant too. Anyway, thanks for putting up with me guys.

hi all, had a good day today, its an off day again but looking forward to tomorrow. Starting 2 on 1 off next week as per the beginners guide. Noticed a very small improvement in flacid hang, not much soreness today tho so wondering if I didn't stretch hard enough yesterday. Also been doing 20 JAI stretches on bathroom breaks. beyond all this I'm just trying to be positive and expect that things will be slow and thats ok because I don't want to hurt myself.

Nice to see that you have turned your out look around fun4me with reguard to you not stretching hard enough in P.E. less is more until you are ready to start advanced work outs i suppose. but in my opinion i would go at least a few weeks with a lighter strech then move to a more intense one. i Kept about the same resistance on my streches for the first month and put on 1/4 an inch in length and this month i have increased my resistance a bit and am seeing even more gains they may be small but i appreicate anything. keep up the good work!

Thanks John, I appreciate your input. I figured that less is more and as I said I'm really trying to do this as safely as possible while still pulling hard enough to make sure I'm doing something here and not just playing with myself. No time to measure anything this weekend, but then again maybe I should just stop lying to myself and you guys and say that I'm probably a little afraid to actually know how big/small it really is. Other than that I will say that Kegels are doing something for sure, I went from an EQ of about a 5 or 6 on monday of last week to last nights 8 or 9 or so. Honestly really liked that as it has been getting difficult to get and maintain a rock hard erection. Haven't really started the edging yet other than trying it twice but I believe that its almost time to begin working on that in earnest as well. As far as gains, no idea but nothing overtly visible of course, I expect nothing since its been one week. No unrealistic expectations for myself, positive action and working towards a healthier body overall is the goal. I repeat that to myself while working...it seems to help. flaccid hang seems to vary according to minute and as it has been getting much colder here lately is hard to judge. Fall is upon us and so is shrinky dink season. lol. (if anyones interested this morning it was about 5 degrees celcius.) However, that said, when I am warm, say fresh from the shower, I find that that seems to be improving too. Perhaps wishful thinking, partial arousal but whatever I'll take is as a positive indicator and try to enjoy the fact that I haven't been quite so teeny. All in all, a good first week, looking forward to the second, Wether it works or not, its been magic having all of you guys to share and try and heal with. Positive outlook, positive action, positive change. And I still think that at about 50 to 70 percent erection the damn thing feels heavier. Again could be wishful thinking but I will again attempt to shut down the part of my brain that hates myself and accept it as a good indicator of my mental state if nothing else.

Good session at lunch, nice medium pulls and what felt like really good jelqs. Penis is nice and warm and spongy now. Truly, whether its doing anything for me we'll find out, measurements are coming, I will force the issue hopefully tonight. Also, on jonpops advice I went ahead and told my wife. Interesting conversation but she was very supportive tho she stressed that I shouldn't do it for her as she is satisfied. So who knows.
