I am trying to follow jon pops routine and the stretches are the hardest things for me to do.
I cannot get a good grip on my penis. It says to grip underneath the glans but when I do grip underneath glans and pull, my hands goes over my glans in a way. I am circumsized so extra skin isn't a problem. However, my skin is so "stretchy" that its impossible for me to get any kind of grip to stretch. When I stretch, instead of stretching the penis, I stretch the penis skin which leads to pain.
Also, I get erect so easily I have to stop and wait every few minutes. Even the helicopter shakes get me full hard erections. Any suggestions?
