Same jelq routine as the day before last.
- 5 minutes of 15 second stretches (up, down, left, right, straight out)
- 15 min wet jelqs
- 5 ulis
- 5 big al squeezes
- 5 SSJs
- 2 Supra Slammers
Currently hanging my x3 sets @ 10 lbs as I type.
I also ordered a bathmate and should be coming in tomorrow. Not sure if I should hold off on using it for a while because I haven't heard about many people hanging and pumping together. I'm in desperate need of girth though. What to do what to do?
