Just finished girth routine in shower. Feeling plump

- 1 set hanging @ 10 lbs for 20 min w/ bundled stretches
- 15 minutes wet jelqs (3 sec strokes)
- x5 compression squeezes
- x2 slow squash jelqs

Planning on hanging 3 more sets later tonight @ 15 lbs before bed.

- Hung 2 sets @ 10lbs

- quick 5 minute stretch to warmup, still feeling loose from hanging
- 15 minute wet jelqs
- 5 SSJs
- 5 Big Al squeezes
- 3 ULIS

Went a lot more intense than usual and got great expansion and with no pain whatsoever. Definitely need to keep the intensity at this level.

Just measured 7.25 FSL (non bone pressed) !

There's a chance this could be because I haven't masturbated in 4 days. I'll double check again soon enough. EQ seems to be through the roof and getting erections often and with ease.

I've been PEing for a few months, I actually just now decided to make an account to keep track of gains. I've been manual stretching for the longest time and gotten to the point where pulling very hard is easy. I was careful starting at 10, the last thing I want to do is rip my dick off lol

- 5 minutes of 15 second stretches (up, down, left, right, straight out)
- 15 min wet jelqs
- 5 ulis
- 5 big al squeezes
- 5 SSJs
- 2 Supra Slammers

Will be hanging later tonight

I also ordered a bathmate and should be coming in tomorrow. Not sure if I should hold off on using it for a while because I haven't heard about many people hanging and pumping together. I'm in desperate need of girth though. What to do what to do?

Didn't post my workout yesterday but I did

- 30 minutes of wet jelqs
- 2 ulis
- 10 SSJs
- 5 erect bends
- big al squeezes

I am really liking slow squash jelqs. I get great expansion and I find they work great right after a uli.

Also hung my 3 sets @ 10 lbs. 2 sets were SD and 1 was BTC and holy sh*t did BTC murder my ligs, in a good way! I've been reading up on erection angle and BTC hanging. My erection angle is extremely high. Almost points straight up. From what I've read, BTC is great for someone like me so I'm going to keep at it.

I use a homemade hanger comprising of a hose clamp, soft gauze like material for a wrap and a 10lb dumbbell. I have a small piece of dog leash I used to connect the weight to the clamp. It's extremely comfortable if you can perfect the wrap!

Yesterday was normal jelq routine and so was today. Hanging my sets right now. I think I'm going to shoot for 4 sets tonight.

Tomorrow will be a rest day, settling into a 3 on 1 off routine.

Have been slacking when it comes to logging but have been sticking to my routine the past two days. Hanging every night!

Woke up this morning and measured 6.5 x 4.5 so I guess I hit my girth goal. However I am going to hold off on setting a new girth goal just to make sure.

Today is a rest day for girth work. Currently hanging my 3 sets right now.

After I'm done hanging I plan to break out the bathmate for the first time and mess around. Nothing serious, just to get a feel for it. I might to some very light jelqing afterwards.
