I thought 20 min stretching and 20min jelqing will yield more than regained size but i got adapted quickly to that time frame.

When i was stretching i couldn't get longer post workout bpfsl.

2 week ago i raised to 35min each exercise.
And 1 week ago i raised just in case to 40 min both.
So far good progress.

Pre workout bpfsl 22.7cm and post workout 23cm.
Bpel hitting consistently 22.6cm-22.7cm.
Even managing to measure 22.8cm hair under 9inch.
I cant confirm if i gained but same thing i said last year and gained 1 cm pure length.

As years go by i'm accepting it will take more time and dedication to gain.

This year if i dont reach 23.5 cm i will start hanging for first time ever.

I know there are posts about hangers but most of them i didn't understand.
I hope this will be easier.

I made pretty easy and good homemade hanger.
​​​​​​It only takes one rectangular sponge size about 5cm x 12cm.
Width about 1-2cm.
Whole length of sponge topside and underside i cover with insulation tape.
And on other end i connect velcro.

​​​​​After i put it on penis i use ordinary metal hose clamp .
And starting to tighten it to comfortable level so weight don't slip and not feel pain.


((((Never to forget about checking glans sensitivity and color))))


​​​​I experimented with 1.2kg i felt it is stretching suspensory ligament more than manual stretching.
When i stretch ligament is more loose i can move it with other hand.

I think ligaments have little more possibility to lenghten after i exhaust that i will start Ultrasound heating.
This will raise more temeperature inside penis than IR lamp i use
From experiment it only heats to 38°- 39°
At 40°- 43° degrees celsius it will weaken all collagen structures, septum ligaments and give bigger difference in pre workout and post workout bpfsl.

Some very interesting things started to happen
When i added 30 min of btc hanging right after 40 min manuals.

​​​​​​I realised maybe i have thick septum and i can't enlarge tunica without therapeutic heat.
But i gave a try with btc hanging which i never done before neither btc stretch or hanging.
So at least i can extend ligaments to make exit point lower and reveal more inner penis.
It is not true gain maybe but anything that makes you bigger in size is a gain.


​​​​​​After 1 week, 1 hour after session i consistently can measure 22.8-22.9cm or 9 inch Bpel
Nbpel is 21 cm or 8.25 inch.
Bpfsl pre workout 22.8 cm and post workout 23.1-23.2cm.

​​​​​​Also i dont recommend increasing intensity like i am doing.
I am impatient a little but in safety region for me.
Last year i was gaining much easier than now.
My routine currently is 40 min jelqing and after about 10 hours 40 min manual stretching in various angles in
​​​​​​front of IR lamp.

After that i attach my homemade hanger with weight 1.8 kg or 4 lbs.
And do another 20 min hanging btc with lamp to stay heated as much as possible.
After that i release hose clamp for few min to regain circulation.
And do another 10 min of btc hanging without heat to try to keep that strain in cooled state.

Today i finished week
From tommorow i will do 40 min manuals and maybe 50 min btc but i will see i think i will hold this intensity for some time.

When it comes to my motivation im ready to do at the end of cycle about 120 min to 150min per day.
Also never exceding 3.5 kg at end of cycle.

So i have chance to lose strength when i decide to take decon break.

I dont see any change in girth it is still same measurement.

Yes i used heat
I bought totalman heating pad
And started seated hanging over thigh for 1 month.

40 min manuals with ir lamp
And 30-40 min with heating pad ,right after that 10 min without heat manual stretching.



But this month i got pretty bad skin injury because of bad wrapping.
I took 1 week off only from jelqing
To let ih heal.
It healed but it torn open again.
It will take a lot time to heal at least i can take it as advantage for better decondition.


I am at the end of cycle anyway so i think i will go for big decondition break a little sooner for 9-12months.
To start very fresh ultrasound method.

This cycle was successful
Not that much as i expected but still good.
I managed to get max possible erection and measure 23.3cm Bpel.
About 8 mm gain of new size.

Hello everyone i back from long decondion break about 9 and half months

Yesterday 2 ultrasounds Us pro 2000 2nd edition arrived.
I also bought termometers with probe so i can measure temperature on both spots.
This termometer accuracy is +-1°C.

I started routine today and it is
30 min manual stretching
20-25 min ultrasound routine(hanging with my homemade hanger)
Sitting on chair where my penis is over leg.
After that 10 min manual stretching without heat.

Termometer is showing between 41.5-42.5 celsius
But it is not accurate because of ultrasound max temperature is 42° celsius so im calculating it is 1 degree lower than what it was shown on display.

I easily managed to maintain 40,5°C-41,5°C degrees using both transducers at same time.



So far im very pleased with machines.
There is some effect.

Pre workout bpfsl 22.4 cm. ((((lost approx 1cm due to more than 9 months decon break))).
After 30 min manual stretching i got to 22.5 cm.

After Ultrasound routine i measured 22.8-22.9 cm.

So far very good progress but im still regaining bpfsl i had last year.
Pre workout bpfsl 23cm post workout 23.6 cm.

Very big difference i see in pre and post bpfsl measure while using ultrasound devices

Before when i was stretching and hanging with ir lamp i only i had 1-2 mm difference.
When i started using totalman heat pad about 3mm.
Now 6mm.

I set my shorterm goal of 25 cm bpfsl.
If it is only post workout it is success to me.

In few years i will reach my goal.
It is tough to gain but i believe in ultrasound routine .
When i watch my starting bpfsl from last year and this year im same size maybe 1 mm longer in stretched size.

So far i gain about 1mm per week.
Pre workout bpfsl 23.3-23.4 cm.
Post workout fluctates today after session i measured 23.9
Sometime 23.7 cm depends on day.

Relaxation phase 30 min increasing weight to 2.5 kg.
Then ultrasound session 20-22 min increasing weight up to 4.5 kg.
After that i move away heat pad (underneath penis) and transducers and hang with same weight about 5 min.
Then i move to fulcrum stretching for another 5 min.

I hope i will keep that 1mm gain per week and end cycle when i reach pre workout bpfsl 24-24.5cm so i can move to bpel focused routine and translate it to erect size as much as possible.

After that decondition break about 3-6 months before starting 2nd phase.

I've been reading and learning on this site for about 2.5 years and today it is my first time to join and post (sorry for my bad english)
I dont have pics of proof and im posting this to show my success i had also inspire others
Who believe believes.

When i first started i was 6.4 bpel(measuring above penis pressing ruller next to dorsal vein)
I gave it a try for about 1 month maybe a little longer and i got to 6.8.
I got very bussy and kinda slipped from routine.
After 3 months off i resumed again and from 6.8 got to 7.3
I dont remmember i had any eq issues i had same erection as when beginning(9.5) only a little loosened ligaments which make my erection angle decreased a little.

((My routine was about 10 min manual stretching on every direction, helicopter shakes, and 10-20 min jelqing and after that about 200-500 keggels. 5on/2off))

I splipped unintentionaly from routine.
And resumed 6-7 months later.
This time i was much more motivated and prepared than before.
I started with 10 min manual stretching an 10 min jelqing for 2 week to get used to exercises.
And i lifted time up to 20 min manuals and jelqing in 3.week.
In 4. week i got up to 7.5 (max erect)
Another 2-3 weeks i was stuck at same length
I raised routine to 30 min manuals and 30 min jelqing.
Then i saw gradually increase again and after 6 weeks i got up to 8.1 inch (max erect) and hitted plateau.
I tried to break it with 40 min manuals and jelqing also 40 min.
I was still stucked at 8.1
I stopped feeling any burn sensations at a base in ligaments.
I took decondition break for 9-10 months.
And i lost about 0.2

I started again 1 week 10 min jelqing 10 min manuals.
2.week same but raised to 15 min
3 week same but 20 min per exercise.
I regained size from 7.9 back to 8.1.
I quickly increased routine to 35 min manuals and 35 min jelqing
And in the next 5-6 weeks raised to 8.4 inch. (max erect).
And i hit plateau again.
I tried decondition break for 1 and a half month and it didnt yielded in results at all even during a break neither when i started again.
I still dont fell any burning in ligaments as when i was newbie.

Now im trying decon for 6 months it should be enough to get in the more pliable state.
I hope once i resume i will increase length up to 8.7. Maybe max 8.9.

Im strong believer that decondition breaks were the key of my success and in my opinion is best way to take 3-12 months.
With increasing intensity to crazy amounts you will maybe get through plateau but there is risk you can toughen ligaments and tunica and you will need even more time to invest in decon after that.
When i get burning at base in ligaments pretty much same as when i started i know it will yield in size increase only if im consistent.

Even with decon breaks i reached point where gains starts little slowly but its still very enough to keep going for it.
My erection angle is about 10 o'clock (((before was about 11 o'clock)
I think i still didnt reached max ligament gains.
I think i have another 0.8 inch to gain from ligaments.
It will be more harder than before but in 2-3 years including decon breaks i should get from 8.4 to at least 9 bpel if not 9.2 bpel
And for 10 i think its to early to plan especially from starting size i had but maybe devices and trying to put most focus on tunica lenghtening i will reach but idk when it will be.
"Now i measure 8.1 in weaker erection(about 8) and this is how i know i didnt get EQ quality gains but real gains."

So far i didnt tried any devices(hangers, extenders, pumps)
I will when i exchaust all potential in manual exercises.

And did you ditch the helicopter shakes completly or still had them added? And did you see any negative results on your skin because of 30m jelqing routine?

I'm currently trying something similar to break my Plataeu. Started Manuals after 3 Month decon break with 18m Manual stretching and wanted to increase it up to 35m under Infra Red Heat + 10m pumping for 45m total TUT + some jelqing. Maybe I'll ditch the pumping or reduce it to only 5m and icrease jelqing instead...

With jelqing for 30 min i see little red spots on skin but it doesent hurt it dissapears in about 1 day

Now im starting to see real gain
i didnt measured post bpfsl and it is starting to diminish i think today i will measure and see.

Today after 2 days of rest i managed to measure 23.7 cm pre workout.
So far 3mm past previous max last year.

But i think i would have gained more easily if i started this cycle with manual routine jelqing/stretching to regain size.
And avoid toughening.
After that to start ultrasound routine to gain new size.

What i did is i started ultrasound routine same day as i got them.
I increased weight slowly but i got to 4.5kg when i regained size.
Which i could do with more less tension by doing only manuals.

I made pretty much rookie mistake.
But i will try as most as i can to gain a little more to say this year was successful.
