Hi guys. I have just finished a near 3 month cycle of PE. It was a routine that I created myself. I have achieved the following increases in the flaccid state:

I have increased my BP Flaccid Length by +0.625 inches. I have increased my flaccid girth by +0.5 inches.


I have achieved no increases in the erect state. There is a full report in my log for which I provide this link:

So, whilst there is no advancement in the erect area yet, I have learnt a lot from my training over the last 3 months and a hell of a lot from all of the incredible information posted on the site. Subsequently I am modifying my routine based on all of the great info here and from the result of my own experiences.

Strange to see no el gains mate but am after more flaccid gains myself. Seen some improvements since pe (see my pics) but would like more. El is more imp ortant I suppose but fl is impressive and my gf likes to admire (as do others).....

Good I noticed myself that my flacid gains also. Got EL and EG gains also :eek:

How do you measure +0.625 inches?

Yes I think that the flaccid gains have come first due to my lack of work with erection during the last 3 months. My jelqing wasn't done with the correct level of erection (only 10-30%) and I did no edging and very little masturbating...and no sex :(

Have almost finished with the design of a new program so am just going to apply the same discipline over the next three month cycle. Will see how I go!

I got the measurement of 0.625 inches from converting the measurement from centimetres, which was the unit of measurement on the ruler :p

Theoretically through stretching/extending whether that be manually or through a device one will always see Flaccid gains first? That makes sense. EL comes after flaccid gains but not before doing some erect workout i.e. jelqing at 10-30%, clamping, uli's. Don't get me wrong, having a massive flaccid would be awesome but I'd rather have a massive erect one ;) Someone please chime if this is correct.

Well, I think that just in my case (I can't talk for others) the lack of work during my PE with an erect penis has something to do with lack of increase in EL and EG. However, it is clear that through using jelqing, the bathmate and extender, there has been tissue expansion. I think that if I had complimented my work with proper jelqing (erection level at 60-80%) and some edging, I may have seen greater erect dimensions. I use the word 'may' with caution as it might just be my personal physiology which has given me flaccid gains first and continued PE may lead to erect gains.

It's a bit hypothetical at the moment but now that I am entering the next 3 month cycle with an amended program of more erect work, I am hoping to see this translate into erect gains.

I do agree; erect gains are more preferable for me also but I am not disappointed with my efforts and having a good hang as a result of my last 3 months of pretty intense training is a good consolation prize :)

Yes EL gains are very ego boosting IMO. It can be your own physical make up that leads to certain gains and not others (i believe my natural girth has stopped me gaining length but I have no scientific evidence).

I also think edging (as part of a total pe exercise routine) is very helpful if only so it keeps blood in the penis during what i call 'warm down'. Given i was a early developer (puberty wise) i think my 'edging' during late teens/early 20s helped with my size (girth wise esp) since most of my natural growing was probably done by 18/19. Sadly with not jelqing/stretching my length never benefited hence i feel way too 'short' for my girth at the moment. That is mainly why i am here....

Dedication, restraint when needed and research will see you reach your goals. With the progress that you are making and with PE becoming part of your lifestyle, even pushing through a routine on a day when you don't feel like it, you will achieve your goals. I am sure of that. When I started doing PE daily eight months ago, I had a poor EQ from porn addiction. Stopping that brought my EQ up. Now, after the third month I saw an increase in flaccid length to be longer than my erect length. Five months later my erect length is equal to my flaccid length. For some of us we gain flaccid length first, but as long as you see increases in either then keep at it, as eventually you'll see those turn into erect gains!

Yes we are all different and I will take whatever I can get from my efforts. Well said Xerus and lets see if things have progressed with my new regime in 3 months time. The real discipline is to refrain from measuring over that period which is part of my commitment :)
