hey guys whats up I'm matt new here. I was curious how effective is stretching to jelqing? As well even though I'm new to this is it okay to bang out a jelqing session in the morning and evening.
I work offshore week on week off on a boat so I gotta be a bit sneaky and I get too hard during the stretching and have to stop soften up etc. Its not viable for me to spend an hour in the bathroom unless really late so was wondering if just ten counts of stretching each way then on to the jelqs is acceptable?
I just completed day four of the jp90 routine and after much reading through here and the insane eq and morning wood I'm already experiencing I definitely do not doubt the validity of these methods.
