Everytime I touch my glans with lube my premium turns to concrete

I was edging today, trying death grip to help myself. Anyways i noticed that as soon as I introduce lube and then touch the head of my penis my perenium, the spot between the balls and anus turns into concrete like it locks up and I can feel that I'm about to cum. As soon as I go back to just touching the shaft it relaxes and I'm ok again, I kept playing around and trying rks and other stuff but nothing could overpower it and make me relax unless I stopped stroking the head. I've been doing hindu squats for the past 2 or 3 days so hopefully that helps. What do you guys think is the cause of this ?

Bump. I wanted to add that it also hurt, the muslce would lock up and it would kind of hurt as well. I'm not sure why this happened but I like to stay away from lube + hand because of this. Im thinking maybe I should only edge with lube and hand though just to be able to control it

I'll stretch more but its like my reverse kegals were an infant and the kegals were a UFC fighter. Nothing I did could contain or relax it except not touching the head lol. Hopefully I can balance this out within a month or 2
