Just did my first day of the routine,
This morning I woke up with a strong erection and had a random one while laying in bed before having breakfast. Hasn't happened in about two weeks due to my testicle infection. But that seems to be cleared up.
So I did 10 rks 10 Ks then 10 rks
I then edged. Was about a 6/10 for the first 3-5 minutes, gradually made a 7.5/10 but it went up and down. Once I hit the 12 minute or so mark I couldn't get it back up for the life of me. Thinking that the levels before and just being naturally unconditioned had something to do with it. Gonna keep with it though
Any thoughts ?
