Hi everybody.

i have been struggling with ed and pe since a teenager. i am now 21.
I have never had a rock hard erection longer then a couple minutes. and Now getting rock hard is the problem.
I believe i was a constant kegel holder while jacking off and while trying to have sex while younger. so for a few years i was only 9/10 hard or so near PONR.

5 years later and 3-4 months ago. Did kegels and no reverse kegels. got pain in pelvic floor and and i am a month into physio. i was diagnosed with a pelvic tilt. so the last month i have been doing lots of deep squats and other stretches, aswell as reverse kegels. all my pain in my pelvic floor is gone but i do get the odd twitch at night down there. I was doing reverse kegels 5 minutes worth every other day and regular kegels with reverse kegels ( reverse on inhale, kegel on exhale ) twice a week. about 14days ago i started edging. was actually pretty happy i had a 8/10 or so for about 12 minutes before going soft. but i figured i dont have the muscle memory to stay hard for longer periods of time. anyway 4 days ago i get a brutal pain in my nuts. hasnt stopped at all and i just went to doctor and he thinks it is an infection. got pills for it. this doctor is known as the dumb doctor where i live so who knows. I just did some advice because i am honestly willing to give up sex for a couple months to get this right. Do i do a more in depth kegel work out ( once im healed ) . do i do JP90. ? just cant keep living like this . My gf is a keeper and wouldnt leave me over it she fully supports everything and if im trying to make things better thats all that matters. we tried having sex last night but i couldnt get hard but my nut was throbbing. so im gonna say that had something to do with it.


21, healthy, dont drink or smoke or drink coffee.

Just want to look at my gf naked and kiss her and get hard and not have these issues. want to stay hard for even 5 minutes. just want answers.

Not assuming anything, but I gotta ask....Do you watch PORN while masturbating? Did you as a teenager? That could be a contributing factor to both your ED & pre-E, if true. You sound like you might have a classic case of PIED-PORN Induced ED. I don't recommend ANY ED drugs at your age, since you can become dependent on them in ever-increasing dosages, plus they aren't treating the cause, just the symptoms. That's NOT the answer you should be seeking.

Wrt the painful testicles, have you had a previous injury like a torsion perhaps? Might you have a severe case of "Blue-balls" from your ED? At 21 yo, in otherwise good health, it's a possibility worthy of investigating, maybe. Provide more personal information and background on your condition and members may be able to offer some valuable advice.

You should ask the physio about this .
If it is related to pelvic muscles the physio who is on the spot should be able to spot it.
I do not understand what good you expect to come from non ejaculation .

i have eliminated the pain i would get in my pelvic floor, I am very sure the muscles were tight and now weak. although i was edging and holding erections around 8/10 for 10a12 minutes. they would fade after. and sometimes go softer in the middle of my sessions. I now have this infection in my testicle. not sure if edging had anything to do with it or not. But i have stopped all kegels untill this goes away. my dick currently feels pretty dead. but it did have life around a week ago, i actually thought i was making progress. so maybe this infection is just a coincidence. either way now that i have stopped the pain in my pelvic floor what is my next step. i feel i need a reverse kegel favored routine. should i edge once im cleared up? i feel i have low libido aswell but i know pelvic floor imbalances can cause that. i feel that being horny and being hard go in hand in hand. i could be fingering my gf and be totally soft and therefore not very horny. but if i was getting hard i would be more into it.

Im not going to be a bitch and throw in the towel. i think once my pelvic tilt is corrected with squats, planks, and other things on top of a rk favored routine i should be ok?
and should i edge ? anyway thanks

Everything was normal.


i was waking up with good wood before my testicle started to hurt, and like I said felt I was making progress. Could I just blaming myself for lastnights failed attempt when really it was my aching ball. Doctor said its all connected and could cause problems.

My recommendation- make sure your pelvic floor is fully healed before undertaking any enlargement routine. Once you feel fully healed and have been cleared to perform light kegels, you can start on a full routine like the JP90 with confidence :)

To become fully healed I need to find pelvic balance. So once my testicle is healed I will continue reverse and regular kegels, correct? And once I get strong erections and can hold them I could consider jelqing. But my goal for now if just get eq back and keep a good eq

When you suffer no symptoms of strain you should be OK to train. Until then, you should NOT be performing any type of kegels! It will merely aggravate the problem. Your focus for now should be on therapeutic measures to speed healing.

The very occasional twitch is OK, and most men probably experience something like that from time to time.

Before we proceed- when you urinate or ejaculate, would you describe the emission as weak, powerful, or in between? If your BC muscles are already strong, the standard kegel will help you to maintain as you develop your PC. he main exercise for you to focus on for EQ improvement would be edging/Stop and Starts.

I feel like maybe I do put in a little more then average effort when I pee, I also have this urge to kernel even when the pee has stopped. And when I cum the muscle throbs almost like it's working hard to push the cum out? It kinda of does a strong kegel for each shot of cum. Not sure if that is strength or weakness

It appears to be extremely advanced, and nowhere near where someone who's had trouble with their pelvic floor should be attempting!

I've never heard of a basic routine with 10 minutes of kegeling- unless you meant "minimum".

The following is a good routine to start with: The “Stamina Only” Routine for Reversing the Effects of Detraining

Please heed the advice on starting very slowly and applying only enough force to accomplish the reps until you become proficient.

And it says 3 days a week, so would this work

Monday -warm up, kegels ( says eventually get to 50, 5 second holds. I was going to start with maybe 15 or so ) edge warm down
Tuesday-rest
Wens- routine
Thursday rest
Friday routine
Sat n Sunday rest
