Hey everyone,

This isnt PE related but wanted to get some insight on an issue I've been having. About a year ago, I had sex with a heavier girl on top while I was very intoxicated. I didn't notice any pop or pain at the time possibly due to being intoxicated but also didnt feel any pain in the morning or after. My issue is that in the following three weeks, my penis was shriveled up and I was unable to get any sort of even mild erection. Also over the course of this past year, I've noticed my full erections are noticeably smaller than they were before this encounter and I also have difficulty maintaining an erection. I'm 29 and in fairly good health. Hoping to see a urologist next week but was wondering whether this rings a bell for anyone. Thanks in advance!

Bump - anyone with insight. Just seems like it has to be a physical issue and not psychological due to the 3 weeks of turtling after sex.

Not drinking or taking any medications but definitely a bit of stress and depression from this.

Just some more insight, it takes on an hour glass shape when semi erect but is normal when erect. I can feel some sort of ring under the skin around the base of the penis. Could it possibly be Peyronies?

Peyronues symptoms are very normal in pf dysfunction. You dont have peyronies. Your dick is fine but your pelvic floor needs therapy.

Thanks for the input guys. I will see a physio who does pelvic floor work. Will also let you know if anything comes about from the urologist.
