Direct Proportional gains between flacid and erect ?

I have gain .5 inches in approximately 3 months. I noticed that my length when I am flaccid and hard both increased by that .5 inches. Is this always true? Or can sometimes the flaccid be affected differently than the erect and vice versa?

Not sure. It depends on the individual. My experience was that early on, I made the same gains, just like you. But later, my bone pressed flaccid stretch grew much faster than my bone pressed erect length. This may have been because of all the stretching I was doing.

I was actually just perusing through Aaron's book (Exercising the Penis) of which I have a copy, and looked at some stuff about improving flaccid length.

It said that coffee is an enemy to the huge flaccid dong. The main thing for a bigger flaccid though, it says, is to take supplements to improve circulation.

This is true regarding supplements, flow, and flaccid hang. I've noticed it from the start.

The correlation is weak.

Most guys will gain erect size and very little flaccid.

Some guys gain more flaccid than erect.

Some guys gain proportionally.

Some guys dont gain anything :(

Those are roughly the 4 categories.

Personally, wasnt too impressed.

I googled Ginkgo and didnt find much about penile health. It's mainly used for memory problems and things related to that. It's used in the treatment of dementia..lol.

KP is a strong promoter of Ginkgo..he's used it for years and has noticed a lot.

I've also been on Ginseng...I *think* it slightly raised my T levels...I cant know for sure, but if I had the choice between ginkgo or ginseng, I'd shoot for ginseng.

Is there a thread with all the recommended supplements and its effects?
Also, what do you take these supplements as? For example, gingseng and green tea can be eaten/drank or be taken in pill form.

Im taking quite a few supplements right now, and starting to see the flaccid stay harder and longer a lot more not to say im always full of energy now before and after working out overall. The ones on JP's guide and ginseng, ginkgo and l-carnitine my friend, true help!

EDIT:

That would be Korean ginseng is there any other kind?

Korean Ginseng is all I've heard/seen. In markets, it looks like a root and I know that you can do a lot of things with it. However, I'm asking do you take it in pill form or the actual thing itself? There are many ways to digest ginseng such as making tea with it.

L-carnitine? That's the first time I've seen that. What does that do?

I would think brewing a tea with it would be the easiest way to ingest it. Maybe I'll try it.

its in pill form actually. the day i took it, i hard pretty damn good flow down there and the next day.
