I never felt like i had a problem with RK. I'm easily able to do it when i'm peeing and i try to do RK exercises when i can but i'm never able to lower my erection. Does that mean my PL is tight? From everything i've read the RK is suppose to stop IK but i'm unable to stop those as well. Once i get to around the PONR the first time it gets really hard to hold back. No pun intended.
