Peg is right about the viagra; side effects are not what you're after and a rock hard erection is the goal of pe but not how to get there.You want to exercise the penis not just put it into a state of rigor mortis! By forcing blood into different areas to exercise and expand those tissues well that's where the growth comes in.Think about it, if you just held a weight in one position for a while you will strengthen the muscle a bit before it became tired but if you did reps with that same weight you would invlove more muscle fibers and the muscle would not only strenghten but it would get bigger.
