4/30 15 bm lower pressure. I think I've been using too much pressure. I would go to max.

Been lazy on stretches going to try and get more consistent. Less pressure on bthmate seems to help recovery. I wish it had a gage on it. But too much invested to toss it and get something else. It still works really good though.

I wanted to start including small amounts of jelquing a couple Times a week. Really good post bm pump.

Good working keeping up a log.
Thanks Big O, I'm trying to stay consistent. Logging my progress has been one of the biggest factors in me continuing to make progress. I'm within a half an inch in length and a quarter of an inch in girth to reaching my goal of 7x5. Of course I would take anything after that as icing on the cake.

5/25 25 jelq 25 v jelq 10 bm
5/26 15 stretch 10 bm higher pressure than usual
All workouts are started with. 5-10 minute hot wet towel warmup or hot shower, incase anyone is wondering.
5/27 20 bm mid pressure taking no jelquing today, 10 stretching. I was going to take off today but I've got good eq, so maybe one day this weekend.
