Picked up a 1.45 lb lock to try the lock ADS thing I saw. Wasn't paying enough attention when putting it on and pinched the skin and gave myself a blood blister. Still managed to have it on for an hour and a half after using the top of a sock I cut off as a pad. Need to play with it a bit more but it has potential possibly. Still calling this a rest day though.

Nov 25 - making some slight modifications while I reconsider my approach.

4 sets of stretching 30 sec bundled half turn RLDD (two down one bundled one direction and one the other
1 set of standard stretching 30 sec RLDD
50 Jelq
10 min 1-5 hg pulse pump
30 Minutes lock ADS 1.5lbs standing

Switching emphasis to stretching and working on the tunica.

Going to be busy and unable to update my log. So just putting this in here for now.

Will be doing a steady routine of

5-10 min bundled stretch UDLR
100-200 S2S
10-25 5 sec squeezes
50 - 100 Jelq
10 minute of pump either 5 hg steady or pulse pumping 2.5-7.5 hg

The pumping will be done 3 times daily for 30 min total

The routine will be done as often as possible considering PI's and available time.

Gonna keep at it steady and hope to come back with success in the new year.
