10 minute pumping in morning - slowly stepped up to 15 hg and back down. Ended up with both a donut and for the very first time a bunch of tiny pin prick sized speckling of red dots.
A) 15 hg is just outside my comfort zone for pumping.
B) the red pin sized dots that were barely noticeable in terms of size (there were hundreds of them) is the first time I've achieved that in any excersize.
It's been a while but I'm starting to feel a tiny bit of progress again. Very very slight but hopefully it's the signs that I'm starting to fatigue my unit enough to encourage growth.
