5 - 15 sec squeeze
2 x 30 sec ULI
Between each squeeze set added 10 Jelqs due to 15 sec squeezes seeming to be my limit right now before erectile starts to fade.
So far morning wood is good - mental and physical fatigue/stress from work is starting to affect EQ worse than the excersize I believe. Gonna try to get some rest.
