Found myself alone at home so ended up edging for 30 minute. Not a huge mistake but probably wasn't the best idea. Felt amazing but now I'm turtling like a mofo.

Tomorrow unless pi's are good is going to be a complete hands off day.

July 23 - Rest day.

Turtling badly still. Definitely overworked. Giving it a rest until it gets better. At least this isn't a full reset.

July 24 - late night

60s stretch 6 directions followed by 30s stretch 6 directions and then 20 minutes of 3-5s dry jelqs.

Was going to keep this as a rest day but was feeling up to it and going to the cottage for a few days where I won't be able to do much.

30s stretch LRDU x 2 with 10 cranks
20 minute slow wet jelqs. Changed it up. Did it one handed using other hand to ok grip my nutsack to stop the skin from moving. Felt a lot different and better overall. Expansion didn't seems as much but I have a feeling the bunching skin was collecting and making it seem like there was more expansion than there was.

Felt good.

Taking a rest day or two. May have felt great but my pi's took a dump and its a bit tender. Gonna give it a few days and adjust the workload.

July 28 - woke up with a 10/10 morning wood that stuck around for a few minutes at max hardness. Good way to start the day. Tenseness and tenderness is gone as well. Going to actually give it an extra day due to only getting a few hours of sleep last night and seeing if the pi's hold up in the positive range or if it was a one off.

July 30 - Rest day. Should be my last one. Feels completely back to normal. Have been to busy with work and night school anyways. Starting back in tonight. Going to head back to basics and start back up slow and solidify a more consistent routine. Been using this time to discover more about my body and the excersises. Practicing technique and different levels of effort.

Practice makes perfect.

July 31 - toned down back to basics.

20s - 6 way stretch x 2 w/10 cranks between each.
3-5s wet jelqs overhand (palm out) but using the other to ok grip around my balls to hold them back to have more hand sliding than skin sliding. Did approx 60 of these at 60-80% erect but then lost the erection and called it a night rather than attempting to force the issue.

August 1 - morning wood was about 8 or nine outta 10 and actually lasted for a while. Other than that PIs half decent. Not flying off the chart but definitely on the positive side of center. Probably going to keep doing the exact same routine for a few weeks. Aiming for 2 on 1 off or 3 and 1 or 3 and 2. Depends on the PIs really.

August 1 - night

Stretching just isn't working for me tonight so just rolled with the punches and did

20s stretch x 4 - 1 set
60 wet jelqs first 40 at 80% and then remaining 20 @ 30%

60 jelq - wet overhand 5s while holding balls back. Accidentally kegeled and things got a little tense and decided to call it done as I have been on an extended rest.

But made sure I didn't Kegel. Feels half decent and PIs are steady at not amazing but trending positive.

Lighter excersises - more reps.

3x20s stretch R/L/U/D
100 lighter wet jelqs.

Somewhere along the lines between being overtired,underfed,sick,and stressed my EQ is back in the toilet. Going to try to rest up the next few days while continuing with lighter work.
