July 11 - yeah Raider. I have to really pay attention due to how easy it is for me to overtrain. I monitor my PIs in two stages. Immediate ones. Following a routine. Hang, plumpness, fatigue, pain. And next day pis. Residual effects such as things that ache, turtling, morning wood, EQ. And I consider that my routine can impact 3-5 days in terms of Pis which is the average amount of time to get back to normal if I over do things.
Rest day today. Headed up to the cottage overnight. No privacy. May fire off a light set of stretching in the bathroom before bed. Been driving all day. As far as I can tell. Pis are neutral.
