July 7 - eq coming back. Up to 7/10 again. Also morning woods are coming back maybe a 6. Ended up taking this day as a rest day due to a bit of achiness in the very tip. Everything looks alright down there though and everything else is good.

30 sec stretch 5 way x 2 with 10 cranks
75 jelqs overhand wet - downwards.

EQ is still all over the place. Trying to coax it back to normal. Erection disappeared after about 40 jelqs.

May just edge for the next couple nights and see if I can get my eq back up while keeping sone stretching going to keep things loosened up.

July 10 - morning

Woke up with a decent looking 8 or 9 eq morning wood. Getting a nice healing itch sensation from my dick which I am feeling is a good thing. Going to drop my schedule and fly by my PIs for a while. Aiming for at least 1 on 1 off if possible

30 sec stretch - 6 way - R,L,D,BTC,U,And added out.10 cranks between each. 2 sets.

75 dry jelqs - overhand

2 x 15s squeezes

Bit of the turtle happening but not severe. Will monitor PIs.

July 11 - yeah Raider. I have to really pay attention due to how easy it is for me to overtrain. I monitor my PIs in two stages. Immediate ones. Following a routine. Hang, plumpness, fatigue, pain. And next day pis. Residual effects such as things that ache, turtling, morning wood, EQ. And I consider that my routine can impact 3-5 days in terms of Pis which is the average amount of time to get back to normal if I over do things.

Rest day today. Headed up to the cottage overnight. No privacy. May fire off a light set of stretching in the bathroom before bed. Been driving all day. As far as I can tell. Pis are neutral.

July 12 - Rest day

Pis trending towards the side of positive. Was completely wiped from all the excitement and stuff from the cottage so decided to call it an early night instead and put in an extra rest day.

July 13 - Been waking up earlier lately and getting some morning wood post waking the past few weeks. Seems to go up to about 80% and fade. So far so good.

July 13 - Evening.

Ton of schoolwork (night school) and work work means lots of stress and little time. Still managed to fit in my routine before hitting the books for my big exam tomorrow. Unfortunately I feel as though I may have fudged the quality a bit and also done too much extra. Will find out more tomorrow I guess and watch my PIs carefully.

30 sec stretch - 5 way - 10 cranks + 30 sec stretch right - left - SD with cranks.

40-50 wet jelqs 3 sec.

Also did a short stint of hand clamping and edging. This was probably both unnecessary and un productive. 9 minutes of clamping broken into 3 separate holds with edging and ejaculation at the end of it. Probably skip doing that again for a while.

Pis right now are neutral which is unsurprising.

Will have to see how I feel tomorrow. Feeling I should re-read kickinthemebs Pulling the Chute thread again as I'm only just over one month into this restart.

July 14 - Morning.

Was up late doing night school exam prep and catching up on assignments. Pretty fucking worn out. Good news is my PIs actually seem on the positive side today even after fudging last nights workout. Had weakish morning wood but still morning wood. And a few random pant tightening moments today. No raging hard ons but there's still life in the skin snake yet. Aiming to ace my exam and go home to celebrate by doing a light routine and then calling it an early night.

Ended up calling it a rest day. Dick is fine but I am physically and mentally exhausted.

Up way too early 5am with baby.

Shortly after waking had a 9/10 EQ morning erection. Didn't last long but a good sign Im still on the right track for a change.

Pis on the high side.

July 15 - still morning.

60s stretch 6 ways (lighter intensity) 10 cranks between each
Dry overhand jelq - 3 to 5 seconds for 10 minutes.

Bit lighter with the stretches. Longer on the jelqs. Felt good. Good pis so far today.

Stressful shitty day all around. Not going to even bother tonight. Calling this a rest day and maybe tomorrow will be a new day. (Did have good PIs today so at least that's one thing going my way)

Quick easy routine

4 way 30 sec stretch with 10 crank
10 minutes jelqing dry. Straight out. Base to half shaft
4 x 15 sec holds at base.l

More for maintenance due to lack of time.

Eq is in the toilet due to lack of sleep. But routine still felt good.

Tomorrow's more than likely a rest day.

Rest Day. Had crazy sex last night. Think I nearly flat lined my dick the way I was pushing him to keep going. Wife was surprised. So was I.

Giving it a break tonight still though. Long ass day. Big drive and the boys first major league baseball game. Our team won.

July 20th

Late late routine.

Did 100 dry jelqs. Half shaft.
4 15sec squeezes
2 10sec base squeezes (hand clamp just to feel the expansion)
Did R,L,U,D stretches 30 sec. Just one rep.

Pulled my shaft BTC and slept on my back for a few hours. When I woke up it felt like a tape measure rolling up. Don't know if that's a good thing or not. But had a decent erection in the morning and been fighting off semis all day so far (21st) might have pushed it a little too much but pis seem fine even though my package feels a little tight and worn out today. Either calling today a rest day or going to go back to ~75 lighter jelqs and some lower intensity stretching for a follow up and take tomorrow off.

Rest day. Still feeling a bit off. Slight overtraining maybe. Eq while having sex was down a bit and after was definitely exhausted. Morning of July 22 - only mediocre morning wood. So going to give it rest till tonight and then resume at a lighter rate to bring back the EQ before working at it again.
