Clamping vs squeezes

Hi I would Like To know if erect squeezes/edging Will get me girth gains compared to clamping . If so would you recommended doing both In The same session Like a 10 minutes clamping And then a 20-30 minutes erect squeeze with edging ? Im at my 19th week of PE And planning on alterning 1 day where I Will clamp and edge And Others with bib hanger and edging after It, And of course jelqing as The main exercices

Clamping is way more effective. There is no way you can get the same constant pressure the clamp provides for 15-20min. But you should not try clamping until you are fully conditioned.

I think I can handle clamping sessions now I do 30-60 minutes erect squeeze without breaks with no problem
