Hi I would Like To know if erect squeezes/edging Will get me girth gains compared to clamping . If so would you recommended doing both In The same session Like a 10 minutes clamping And then a 20-30 minutes erect squeeze with edging ? Im at my 19th week of PE And planning on alterning 1 day where I Will clamp and edge And Others with bib hanger and edging after It, And of course jelqing as The main exercices
