Circle stretches problem

I'm having a hard time doing circle stretches. Well I can get a good stretch downwards & to the sides but upwards is really hard like my grips slips off my flaccid size is only 2.5 and 3 sometimes :( I am doing JP90s routine. Can someone please help me with this

Do you helicopter shakes before hand? Do you use a palm down or palm up grip?

Don't use any lube, try grabbing like 1 cm behind the glans not directly over it.

I use a completely dry washcloth for my upward stretch, helps maintain the grip more effectively.

I use an overhand grip with the palm facing down. For every stretch ... Since it's easier because my flaccid size is small ... Even when I jelq ... So you want me to use a dry wash cloth?

I've always done all my exercises while sitting, just makes them easier for me. Try using an overhand grip "OK" style, just beneath your corona and pull straight up (no lube). May be a little more difficult if you're uncut, so just grip firmly beneath your glans. Try using talc if your hands slip to improve your grip.

Doesn't have to be a dry washcloth, just anything that increases traction/grip so your hand doesn't slip. I've heard several people recommend putting baby powder on your hands before stretching.

I am cut but since I got a small penis it's hard for me to stretch upwards like my skin just slides right up my glans I have to grip very tight but then it feels very uncomfortable my penis head will turn really dark red or purple ... :( I am on week 4 for of JP90s routine is there anyway I can increase my flaccid length?
