Hi guys. I'm sure its been discussed here but, I guess the words I'm using are producing no results. I've tried both of these products in different dosages and I just can't handle the side effects. I've even split the pills. I don't suffer from ED or anything but, I've tried using these to help with my manual exercises. Those are the only two supplements I tried but I was hoping to see if anyone's had any success with some other stuff out there.

L- arginine works fairly well for me. 500 mg is what JP recommended for PE exercises. I have ED and 5,000 mg is what I need.

Can I ask why you need help with the exercises?

I only recently started to do PE but, I don't feel like I get hard enough to do girth work. I don't even know if I'm doing it right to be honest. I'm fairly new so I will be doing a lot of reading here. I also try to avoid looking at porn so I'm sort of using my imagination, if you will, to get an erection.

L- arginine is the way to go. Natural amino acid no bad effects that I know of, it's naturally occurring in food.

Yomimbe is a potent erector herb, but it can have strong side effects- especially if one is suffering from high blood pressure.

Is L-Arginine pretty much L-Arginine regardless of manufacture? Is one company preferred over the other? I was about to go to the grocery store and pick some up. I think it's the generic stuff ("Nature Made"). I don't think I eat enough food that has L-Arginine in it, so I'm hoping some form of supplements will help.

There is quality to consider. Shop around, get reviews, and experiment with the winning brands to find the best source for you.
