Maybe Friday ve days ago did some manual pulls, as hard as humanly possible, screaming as loud as I could while doing them ..I've done this before but I did many sets like this.
Erections simply arnt there. I can stimulate and get blood flow but no erection. I e been doing more kegals and it has helped some as I was able to get ejaculate but the erection quality isn't good. At most it may get to a 7-8 on a scale of 1-10, as far as size, smaller for sure, and it doesn't last long.
Before this I could edge start and stop a couple or few times and have good erections and if I start and stop they would stay up a while from point of no return. Definitely something to work on.
I haven't felt any slight pain in a few days and have resumed manual and hanging , not pushing it, lighter resistance, listening to my body.
I've found out the difficult way, manual stretching can be overdone. Best thing for this to heal is time .
