My theory is you have pre e because your pelvic floor is inbalance/weak/tigh. And if you have inbalance/weak/tigh pelvic floor then you cant do this kind of squat.

What I want you to respond to this thread is like "I cant do this squat and i have pre e" or " I can do this squat easily and i still have pre e" or " I can do this squat easily and I can last as long as i want"

I renember somewhere here one member said he had delayed ejaculation bacause he was in squat position alot from younger age while playing baseball.

Remember to check the youtube link video what kind of squat i mean. This is the "real" squat wich is different than many other squat. (Toes straight foward and wide hip squat)

I can do the squat for ten minutes and I have premature ejaculation. My lower back does get sore when I try to maintain good posture though.

Bobsadcock, did you see the video i post? It is toes straigh foward squat. Lots of time i see guys doing squat wrong.

Yep, I did toes straight.

You know what though, I did the ten minute squat early today and then I did my edging an hour ago and I feel different suddenly. I jacked myself hard and fast for twenty minutes and my arousal level rise slower than usual, and it fell more quickly as well. I can pee very easily at the moment as well, my pelvic floor feels more stretched than usual. This is the first time I've squatted like this for ten minutes. Maybe it's had some effect on me lol.

I'll try to have sex soon, hopefully there will be some results there as well.

Nice, i really hope this is the solution for you. I myself have no ability to do this toes straigth squat. It is impossiple position for me even im only 29yo. I would fall back or my feet toes would make 25° degree to side. And for me this squat position hurts alot. I belive my pelvic floor is fuckup because of over 7h sitting/day for many years.

I wish you would do this squat exercise daily and more importantly do it just before sex. Because i think sitting would reverse everything you have gained especially when sitting with bad posture.

It would be nice to hvae more guys to try this exercice to discuss. To make sure for people do it correctly that this is not hindi or hindu squat. This is Kelly Starrett squat, it is way more different and difficult than hindi and hindu squat. This guy is no joke. You can google that. He have most video in youtube talking about only squat.

And make sure you dont sit alot especially before sex. Try to sit on lotus pose if you need to. I belive if we sit in the "wrong"/bad posture and it would reverse everything we gained from squat exersice.

I suffered a bout of 3-4 months of DE one summer my junior year of HS. I was the starting catcher on my baseball team, and from spring thru summer I played & practiced every day for months. Staying in a squatted position (effectively doing Hindi RK's for hours a day), I over developed my BC muscles. I'd never had pre-E, and while I could maintain high EQ during sex, it usually took some pretty extreme stimulation for me, to get off normally. in other words, BJ's & sex had always taken a while for me to ejaculate anyway, but that summer's baseball overdeveloped my BC's making ne UNABLE to ejaculate, even at 100% EQ.:bad:

I was NEVER a death grip masturbator, and usually had sex instead of masturbationg because I had a GF, & it was MUCH more FUN to get off with her:becky:. DE was VERY FRUSTRATING for both me & the GF that summer! I nearly killed her pounding away, trying to get off!:bad: We tried everything, and she even thought there was a problem with our relationship until I finally convinced her otherwise. I asked my doc about it during a physical, and he instructed me to practice masturbating using a really light grip, lube, & focusing on my frenulum at least 3 or more X per week. It took a while, but I discovered after baseball season ended, by regularly masturbating (NO PORN), focusing on my frenulum with my GF's help usually (jacking me while giving me head), after about a month, I was back to normal. DE is NO FUN! So my senior year when baseball season started, I got into my routine with the GF early on, to avoid DE again & it worked! PLUS, I got more consistent head ("theraputic", mind you):becky: than I'd ever had in my life, all Spring & Summer! ....Life is indeed GOOD!:thumb:

Yes you can have premature E even if you do this squat if you spend the rest of the day continuing to do what it is that is tightening your pelvic floor.
You can do this squat now with toes straight ahead if you place a thick book under your heels and over time use thinner and thinner books until you are on the floor.

Thanks. I'll try doing it daily. After doing it yesterday I also had this sensation like I needed to pee even though I had no pee, maybe because my pelvic floor was stretched out. I've seen that post made by the baseball player guy. I'm not sure how baseball players squat though, do they do it like Kelly Starrett?

Yep, agree with you. There is no point to doing this squat exercise if i spent 6h/day working on sitting at computer + 1h/day sitting in the bus + 30min/day taking sh*t on toilet + 1,5h/day sitting at dinner table. Its about 9h/day of sitting everyday. I have been sitting on lotus pose everyday for 3 weeks now and strech alot and have seen alot improvement in kelly starret squat position.

Thanks, already doing some of this exersice. Book under heel squat doesnt seem natural position for me. I prefer more "natural" human nature exersice. Even squatting with shoes on is not natural in my opinion.
