Hello everyone, I am fotis and I am 18 years old... I joined PEgym after being depressed about my penis size (only 5.3" ).
This is my second day of PE and what I am exactly doing is
-3 minutes warm up
-stretching left,right,middle,up and down 4 times its direction for 15 second each time
-1 minute warm up
-Jelqing for 8 minutes(with oil)

Is this program enough to see results? My aim is 6 inches.
What is wet jelqing and is it better than the one where you use oil?

Hell yeah you can achieve your goal. It is possible newbee gains might get you there (the first 3 months). Truthfully, though, it will likely take a year of PE to gain a true inch. So I hear. I am at month 4 and I haven't gained an nearly any length at all, but holy sh*t my girth exploded. Between you and I, girth is what makes my wife's eyes roll back, length is over-rated.

Hi fotis and welcome to the gym,

6" is very reasonable, and you shouldn't be depressed about your current size, enjoy your penis and improve it.

Your current routine is not far from the usual beginner routine(s) which is like

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap

2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

Jelqing can be done with (wet) or without (dry) lubrication (oil, lube, ..etc).

Yes, you are starting with less than I did, and you have a goal that's less than where I am at. Plan to take your time, as it will take a long while. Maybe 5 years, maybe sooner. If you try to push it too fast, you might even not get half of what I got.

Yes, you just must stay focused and dedicated.. You could definitely stretch for longer, maybe make those 25 seconds each.. but this is by no means necessary, just a suggestion, 15 seconds is kind of lame past the first month

Not necessarily, There are fast gainers and there are hard gainers, the only way to tell is to try for more than 3 months, which is the conditioning phase.

Some report gains during the first 90 days others take a bit more, and some take much longer, don't get discouraged but don't raise your hopes so high either and practice PE with persistence and motivation.
