Recently I bought the Penilizer from M*****s of S*ze website. I’ve been using it in my routine with some good results. Also, I wanted to change my routine so I could do it in morning before work. I’ve been keeping up with stretching, but with the Penilizer being more tiresome, I’ve limited my pumping to once or twice a session.
I also have been doing night time routines were I pump more often.
my routine now is

morning : Directional stretches 30 seconds each direction, pump for 3 minutes on low pressure (erect), next I work in 150-200 jelqs with Penilizer, ending with a 5 min pump (erect) on medium pressure. I start and end with warm ups and warm down.

night: (every other day) Directional stretches 30 seconds each direction, (maybe some jelqs if needed) pumping (erect) 3 times at medium to high pressure 5 min each.

I’m gonna experiment with this night and day routine as I try to focus on my growth. Post an update soon with gains!

Penilizer has been working well for me, I find it easy to use in workouts and actually makes it faster than manually. I’ve worked up to 200 jelqs on Penilizer, with maybe 50-100 regular jelqs along with pumping and stretching. Been feeling good but gonna take some time off this weekend as I’ll be out of town.

Took off 3 weeks for rest and reconditioning. I’ve been feeling well and had strong erections this entire break! Back on yesterday, my routine for Girth is as follows

(4 days on 2 off) (About 40 min to Complete)

5 min Warm up

1 min Stretching 8 directions. (Left, right, up, down, out, up left, up right, down left, down right.)

1 min corkscrews 2 each side

5 min Bathmate pump low pressure (1-2 pumps)

Compression (90% erect) for 20-30 seconds

Horse Squeezes (90% erect) (15-30 seconds) 10-15 total

5 min Bathmate pump mid pressure (3-4 pumps)

3 ULI for 30 seconds (100% erect)

5 min Bathmate pump high pressure (5+ pumps)

Edge if have time (About 15-25 min)

Cool down 5 minutes

Man, your routine is intense! I can't imagine holding my erection through such a routine. o_o
How did you condition yourself to hold your erection that long on such a high level + bathmate?
I usually lose my erection after intense girth exercises and bathmate sessions. :(

Thanks for the support! I only have a full on erection during my pumping and Manuel work like compression or horse squeezes. In between I’ll do helicopter shakes to loosen up and my erection will subside a bit to as low as 50%.
Keeping erect in Bathmate is easy because of the pressure and mental stimulation (thinking if something sexy instead of porn), but that’s why I break up my pumping into stages.
After pumping my cock will lose erection a bit, I just lube up and edge a bit to get back to desired hardness. Practice makes perfect!

Past few days have been good for me! I’ve been keeping up with my routine, every morning I shower and get warmed up before my girth sessions. After work I sometimes will do another round of pumping if I don’t feel tired. Sometimes I use cock ring with it, definitely can help maintain erection and produced more girth I hope!
Gonna keep at it and in a couple weeks I’ll check to see if I’ve gained girth. Also, I ordered Girth Bands from LG Hanger last weekend and they should arrive today! I’ll let keep
updated with my routine and bands!

Got my Girth Bands from LG Hanger Yesterday! I wanted to try them out and ended up wearing it for 4 hours!! They are very comfortable and may take some patience putting in and off, but a very good product! I got the 1.125” ones because I figured I could stretch if too tight.
But it fits great and helped prevent turtling. I’ll post a picture in my album along with me in sweatpants to see how easy it is to hide under clothes. I’ll wear it when I’m home from work for 4-5 hours at a time.

Well had to tie some time off of PE due to my busy schedule. Since I had just started Girth work and haven’t made much gains yet. I decided to go back and give length another shot!
Im working back to my original routine to see if I can gain anything else. I’ll try to post more on here, but time is short recently.

Been back to length recently since it really helps my EQ. I wanna get a bit more length before I focus on girth. Maybe a pumping only routine?

Anyway, I had a neck issue that kept me in bed for the weekend, but I’ve recovered and amped up my routine again. Using the Penilizer a lot along with Bathmate to get good results. I’ll post more next week and I’m due for a measurement soon!!

I have a good routine going of late. I’m using a heating pad to do my warm up so I don’t have to shower as often. I’m able to do entire routine in morning before work so I’m happy with that.
I’ve worked up to a newer routine I’ll post below, but I’ve had great EQ recently and along with Girth Bands, I’ve seen some gains, Hope for measuring soon.

Routine
Warmup 5 min
5 x Directional stretches 1 min each
3 x Internal stretches 1 min wach
100 slow hand jelqs
100 Penilizer jelqs
2 x 5 min pump
Cooldown 5 min

Hey there!! I’ve been busy with work and my relationship so I haven’t been posting as much as I’d like.
I have taken a month off of PE and I’m happy to say I’ve kept my gains!! I measured yesterday before a quick pump, but I was at 7.5” bpel and 6.25 EG!
Ive noticed something amazing too. When I’m hard and at 100% EQ I am at the measurements above. But I have another level beyond, I call it my Super Sayian Erection lol. It when I’m over 100% like 120% because I’ll be very stiff and it’ll actually get a tad bigger. I think the girth stays the same, but I gain a .25” of length!
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I attribute it to my past PE use and good genetics I guess lol!

Been busy still this summer. It’s almost like I have a event or something each weekend. I’ve been using the clamps and girth bands often getting some good results.
I do 2-3 set of 5 min clamping. I use a girth band underneath to be safe and sound be gotten some good girth gains. I’ll do an official measurement soon, but I can feel it be thicker and more volume. My girl certainly likes it too!

Been following a clamping routine of one day on two off. I spend about 20 minutes total with a warm up and 2-3 rounds of clamping for 5 min each, then a cool down. I make sure to get flaccid in between sets to promote new blood flow.

I walk around and kegel while clamped to help circulation. I tend to do edging work after as well after get new blood in cock. I’ve felt a big difference and my erect and flaccid cock seem a bit thicker the past few weeks. Haven’t measured but will in a few weeks.

Haven’t posted in a bit. Things are going well for me and after taking 3 months off I’m back on a basic pumping routine.
Will check back in few weeks, but doing

5 min warmup
Directional stretches 5 ways
100 Light jelqs
5 min pump
Directional or internal stretches
5-10 min pump
5 min cooldown

Mostly use hands but will use Penilizer to get more out of jelqs on occasion

Well I’ve been inconsistent for the ost few months. Even through I kept most of my gains, I’ve noticed a lack of hardness and EQ. Starting back up with a basic jelq and stretch routine with some pumping if needed.

Back on my routine after a long time not doing any PE. I noticed some trouble getting fully hard and maintain erection. I used pump and did a basic stretching/jelq routine 3 past days and have totally seen results! Much harder and forgot how “full” my cock feels and looks! Definitely getting back to things!
