Broken Bathmate

Hi Guys, I brought my first pump yesterday, unfortunately i have already broken it.
the part behind the valve and which goes in to the pump cylinder has came off, it has a spring as well as a seal.
I have tried Youtube for fixes, however they only mention on how to replace the valve.

nothing has broke off, so should be an easy fix, but i am running out of ideas.
will appreciate if any1 can point me in the right direction.

I really know nothing of devices like this, but perhaps if we bump this thread someone more experienced will have an idea...
