BPEL increased but no NBPEL gains

đź“Ś Been doing ADS & manuals since Oct 2021[Have changed routine now]

đź“ŚNot really consistent as sleeves broke at times & had to wait for replacement

đź“ŚMeasured last month after taking a break of 2-3 months

đź“ŚGained=0.2-0.3 Inches on BPEL

đź“ŚNo changes on NBPEL

đź“ŚFat pad was 0.5inch previously.Now its 0.7-0.8inch

đź“ŚI have been masturbating quite excess ever Since Breakup 3-4 times daily
[On NOFAP currently]

đź“ŚNo consistent exercise for since march,plus bad diet n excess drinking
[Doing cardio & Diet currently]

đź“ŚIs this a EQ problem or a weight issue?Anybody have faced issues like this?

Seems to me like a weight loss issue. You should be able to tell whether your EQ has dropped between measurements. But you say you’ve gained 0.2-0.3 inches bpel, and also 0.2-0.3 inches in fat pad. This could easily be the difference between your bpel gains and lack of nbpel gains. If you can try to get your fat pad back down to 0.5 inches your bpel gains should be reflected in your nbpel given the same EQ.

No im guessing i have gained weight,as my nbpel is unchanged.Also i'm guessing my eq has dropped a bit too.maybe some time abstinence will say.

The above is the culprit. The "N" in NBPEL is due to the fat pad. You've gained penis length, but have also added fat.

You can gain/lose NBPEL without any PE.

If you start with a NBPEL of 6.0 and a fat pad of 1.25” then lose 0.5” off it through diet & exercise your NBPEL will be around 6.50”

Works both ways you can add an inch to your BPEL and have the same NBPEL if you add an inch to your fat pad.

That’s why it’s best to track BPEL for a pure measurement of growth

I have an NBPEL goal after I reach my BPEL so I’ve been studying mine and not only is it variable over months (gaining/losing weight, bodyfat) but I have also seen fluctuations of up to 4-5mm throughout the day.
