Black Mark on Shaft w pics

I'm uncircumcised and when I retract, there's a black circle mark on my shaft. I don't remember ever feeling any pain or anything but it definitely doesn't look normal. Looks like a popped vein or something. It doesn't cause me any pain but when flaccid and I touch it, it feels like a small bump. However when I'm hard and retracted, it's flat. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

I'm no expert on this. But if it doesn't hurt, then its normal. I also have a ted spot that doesn't ho away. But it doesn't hurt. If u still feel worried show it to a doctor.
