I have been kegeling lately and seem to have developed the classic tendency to do it when Im not supposed to be doing it. Ive found that if I sort of push out a little if you will... Like flex my abs outward, I can effectively avoid kegeling subconsciously. This also causes my EQ to go off the chart. Any thoughts on this? If nothing else I wanted to offer this as a solution.
