Hey,

I’ve been doing about 200 jelqs with 10 min stretching for 2 months - 5 on 2 off.
Increased EQ but no real gains.

Am I ready to add more advanced techniques?
If so - which ones should be good to try at my current level?

I think you have to judge for yourself. Most of the starter routines are 3 months.
You're dealing with a very important piece of your anatomy, so it is always better to be safe.

Look around at the exercises and see if any would fit in well with the current routine. But do not go too high too fast.
