I started PE with following measurements: BPEL 14 cm (5.5 in) and TEG 10.4, MEG 11.4, BEG 12.2 on July 2017 with Basic stretch, Jelq and bathmate and gained about an inch in length and close to 0.5 inch in girth on the first 8 months (almost 90% of the gains where from the first 3 months). I added more stretches such as Side to side stretch and lots of jai stretch during the day and added bundled stretch as well and continued jelq and bathmate and not much changed for the next 8 months (I also did lots of edging with cock ring almost 4-5 times a week).



I asked PEGYM and they suggested that pump gains can max out and I need to start clamping. Before clamping, I did several months of Ulis and squeezes and then moved on to cable clamping on Dec 2018 (already had 18 months of PE experience) and edging (always all PE with porn and highest EQ and sometimes even cock ring on). I have continued clamping about 2-3 times a week and lots edging (about 30 min to hr 5 times a week and sex three times a week always with cock ring) bundle stretch, jelq but no measurable change the form the first 6 months or so and nothing for the last year.



Since corona started I have been working from home and have lots of privacy and time and I purchase an electric pump called Paloqueth with masturbating sleeve (this is awesome and I prefer it over bathmate by far). I usually bundle stretch in the morning with rice sock and then Jelq, edge, clamp, pump, edge, clamp (all while having two hot rice socks next to penis), lots of pulse pumping (I reached 19.5 cm in the pump) for couple of hours and the whole time max EQ and lots of expansion (all with porn and highest level of EQ) and for the past 6 months even with all these and lots of bundle stretch around the day, I haven’t gained more than 1/16 length and 1/32 girth in the last 30 months.



I am married and doing almost everything other than Bathmate stealth. I love doing PE and even with these results, I have no desire to stop since it is so much foe me. Also I get expansion and if have sex after PE, I am bigger.



I can’t hang or use extender due to privacy, but not sure why my penis doesn’t want to grow anymore. I have taking breaks whenever I went on vacation, so usually 5-6 days every 4-5 months. I have read everything here both on PE and PRE-E, but looking for some suggestions.



Another question, my penis has the following dimensions because of depth of CS that gradually decreases the higher on the penis. TEG is 11.4 cm (bef 10.4), MEG is 12.6 cm (BEF 11.4), BEG is 14 cm (bef 12.2). There is a 2.6 cm (1 inch) difference between top and bottom (it seems very normal to my eyes and from the side). I read they say measure at the highest point, but not sure what girth should I call my penis 4.5 inch or 5.5 base or 5 middle. The base number is bigger than 90% and top is about average or less. Do most of the guys have bigger base and gradulally taper off or all consistent or base is less than meg?

Other than mentioning clamping 2 - 3 times a week, you haven't mentioned how long your sessions are or how long and how many times a week you bundle stretch. I also haven't gained in a very long time and I have no doubt that it's due to me not spending the additional time in my routine that I need to put in to kick start the gains again. Moving on to advanced work can kick start gains again but sometimes it also take additional time spent on a routine.

The 2-3 times clamp was before March (before corona with less time), but still I edged at least 39 min per day, bundle stretch 30 min and used Bathmate 4-5 times a day, but not consecutively (for example bundle stretch and edge during the day, clamp in morning and Bathmate in the afternoon).

The past 6 months my normal PE is start with bundle stretch in morning With heat pad (through out clamp and edging I reheat the heat pad), then I edge with cock ring on and use electric pump for 10 min (lots of pulse pumping and I reach one inch more than my bpel). Then I jelq and edge for about 10 min and apply clamp for 10 min while edging (porn and 2 heating pads the whole time) and then I pump again for 10 min and Jelq and edge and clamp again and edge till Cum. The whole routine usually takes 2 hours and after that I usually do some light bundle stretch since penis is very flexible and stretchy. This routine is done 4-5 times a week and sometime later I just do one set instead of two (at least one hour any session).


I also use Bathmate before sex for about 7 min For temporary expansion.

it may be you’ve done too much, for too long without proper rest.. some of us need less rather then more. I would take a much longer brake and then start again with a simple routine like jelq free. Check out some interesting threads about slower pace. The use of an everyday extender at low tension might be an other try.

That's a pretty substantial routine. As tiritera mentioned, you may need to take a longer break to decondition. An effective deconditioning break is normally in the 3 - 4 month range. Your dick should be a little more responsive to the exercises when you start back up again.

I know the routine is pretty complete and also I get about 1/2 inch expansion on girth almost every time While clamped and also reach one inch higher on pump with no edema. PI’s are usually great after routine and cumming by having great flaccid hang and morning wood and erections all the time.

I love doing PE and enjoy it and still believe I can grow since I’m getting great expansion during and after the session.

I have not heard of 4 months break, but took a break of about month two years ago and usually 4-5 days every 5 months or so.

I may try lighter sessions like warm up, edge, pump and clamp and edge only 3-4 times a week (I have done similar to this for over a year between 2018 and 2019 but no gains either).

I felt like consistent and hard work that goes towards where you really feel the tissue worked, - followed by very low intensity maintenance(EQ focused) and then a "slow ramp up" to again reach that worked tissue feeling is where its at.
To me that amounts to a 2-3 week ramp up phase and 1-4 months very intense workout with 1-4 months maintenance.

At some point the tissue gets used to it and too much intensity is needed to get that worked feeling. Once I cant reach that worked fatigued, lightly sore feeling I know I have to take a break. But doing abruptly often robbed me of size progress. key is to taper it off slowly and aim to get very high EQ and 110% erections naturally during maintenance.

Once you got gains the whole process to get more gains beyond it is very fickle.

As other have stated rest is very important in order to gain. The more you train the stronger your penis gets, the harder it is to break down the tissue. The only way I see you will continue to gain more if you take a full deconbreak and startout very slow. Going too fast will just make your dick stronger, and the same issue will happen again. I recommend that when you start again that you should take 1 week break every 6-8 weeks or 2 weeks every 3 months , because then you will be able to gain with a somewhat lighter routine

That's exactly what I have done and has been my strategy. I make some solid gains and then I focus on cementing and resting and then I come back for some more. PE should be taken off in bites.

My diet is pretty good and I used to take citrulene malate and arginine and beet root powder when I went to gym before corona. Lots of ginger, green tea, fruits such as banana, berries, cherries, nuts, onions, garlic and I workout and mainly yoga and core and squats during corona.

when u pull straight out flacid do u have what feels like a cord on top of running base to tip ? i gained about a 1/2 then reached the max of this cord like structure/septum.

If adding more to your routine didn't contribute to gains, then it would be worth reverting back to a more basic regimen.

Have you been focusing on increasing EQ along with size? This is where most trainers lose steam.

Honestly, my best gains came from unintended breaks. Then what helped the most was trying to alternate my routines every month or two. Each time I enter that new angle or whatever I get that like “new” feeling.

For example I might jelq for a month and then the next month add in stretches and then take them out the following month.

Genera idea all from personal experience

If you're growing after sustained rest then it's a good sign you need to incorporate a more balanced approach to recovery.

hi i've been jelqing for 3 months but i havent noticed any change at all. i followed videos and i think im doing it right but just not getting anything out of it. could it be a genetic thing? i'm 3.5 to 4 inches but usually closer to 4. also on the small side 125 lbs now

Similarly, I think my frenulum on the underside is preventing better length gains. I’ve considered a frenectomy since I can’t stretch that cord. It has pulled my scrotum up onto my cock for turkey neck.
