When I was a kid, I remember there was a kind of toy, interwoven, made out of maybe a type of straw (or some other materal. It was flexible,hollow, and one ends was larger than the orher. If you slipped it on your finger and pulled the opposite end, it would close and tighten up on your finger. I can't think of what it was, but if you can find one big enough, you could put it halfway over your penis, and pull it as it tightens, then hang with it or something like the Phallosan technique. Does anyone know what I am taking about. It was interwoven of some material.

Yep, that's it. I wonder if they make them big enough to insert penis? I will do web serach. My only concern is would it tighten too much to restrict blood flow.

Try looking into silicone sleeves. Autoextender sells them.
