It's been a bumpy road sometimes, but it was well worthed.

Only problem was the guilt I had for doing this to my wife (porn/masturbation) for many, many years but she's a totally freaking awesome woman and rewarded me with a far more passionate relationship than we have ever had. now the thought of relapse churns my stomach

I had been doing it even daily. However the last few years, before I stopped, I was doing it a few times per week. And each time I would go for hours. I just couldn't stop after 'only' 1 hour. I would go for 5-7 hours. Talking breaks only if the phone would rang or I would go to drink water or eat. The thing is I was after the intense feelings (similar to ballooning/edging) that would go on and on, and for the intense orgasms. However the sensitivity decreased over the years, and I couldn't get the same intensity out of it, but I would keep doing it.. like a robot.. hoping that the intensity would increase somehow..

I've done PE few years ago.
Since I stopped the addiction (one year ago) I had (and will continue to have) sex.

Yes. Slowly the sensitivity got back.
Every time I would feel my sensitivity got better, I enjoy my decision to stop masturbation with porn even more.

After the sensitivity started to decrease there were signs of ED. I used to be able to get a new erection in a few minutes after ejaculation. Slowly this wasn't possible anymore. When it got worse was when I had to wait for days, to have a 'limp' erection. And even then I could feel a discomfort while trying to masturbate.
The premature ejaculation became a problem while having sex. Even though my erection was at 50-70% I would ejaculate in a few minutes during sex. But when I would masturbate it became harder to ejaculate.

The process of stopping the addiction won't work that way. Look at people trying to quit cigars by reducing the number of packs/cigars per day. It's just not effective.

Yes I was in a relationship.
I had sex before, during and after. Regaining the wonderful pleasure that sex can give, was a bit of a challenge. But this was the easiest part and the enjoyment of having sex is still increases beyond anything that was before.
I think that having a partner, a sex life and having people around you, are a big help no matter where you at. I think we as humans need to interact with other people (in our family, in couple, at work, with friends, etc). This is something that will help us gain stability much easier.
