    hi i'm rammln - which means "humping" on german.

    i'm 23 years old and i'm from germany.
    i found this forum several weeks ago and i wanted to post my routines and especially my
    picture here to motivate some of you guys - maybe you have seen them before on thunders
    or mos..

    i started with pe in april 2010 and trained 10 months. in that time, i've gained 22mm (0.87 inch)
    in el, 18mm (0.71 inch) in eg and 40mm (1.57 inch) in fl. for detailed measurements take a look at
    the attached images.

    Week 1 - Week 6
    beginners routine I - splitted - 5on2off
    ~5 pm under the shower
    - 5min warmup (hot water, massage)
    - 10min wet-jelqs (babyoil)
    - 5min cool down (hot water, massage)
    - 2-3min ballooning

    ~9pm
    - 5min warmup (infrared lamp, massage)
    - 15min basic-stretches in all directions
    - 5min wet-jelqs (babyoil)
    - 5-10min cool down (infrared lamp, massage)
    - 5-10min ballooning

    Week 7 - Week 11
    beginners routine II - non splitted - 5on2off
    - 5min warmup (infrared lamp, massage)
    - 15-20min wet-jelqs (babyoil)
    - 15min basic-stretches in all directions
    - 5-10min ballooning

    Week 12 - Week 16
    extended beginners routine - non splitted - 5on2off
    10 min warmup (rice-sock)
    2x1minx9 basic stretches
    2x1minx2 360 bundled stretches
    5 min warmup
    2x1minx2 360 bundled stretches
    15 min wet jelq (babyoil)
    10 min "Ulli Balloning" (a combination of ballooning, edging, ulli's and jelqing - very usefull for girth gains)
    5 - 30 min Balloning

    Week 17 - Week 23
    intense routine - mini splitted (0,5-3h) - 5on2off
    10 min warmup (ricepack)
    2x1min basic stretches

        Excellent results and excellent pictures too. Particularly the girth photo, when you compare the first and last of those photos it's clear to see that you've made great gains in both length and girth.

          Woow , thats f...... proff right there.

          I measured 5.5 on a good day before pe , now its 6 , it suddenly took off and the chance was rather dramatik, the most shocking part is that before my base girth was the same 5.5 inch girth as mid , now this base of the penis is much larger, like 6.7 inches ,and that my friends is what counts for big bulge in the shorts and the size increase is insertable for intercourse

          im very condifdent man at the moment

                    I think this the best proof on here that i have seen that this does work with dedication and determination.

                    What more proof could anyone need after seeing this

                      Wow! Great documentation of your progress. its hard to believe that this is all possible through self manipulation! although i have just started out with the 90 day beginners routine and have had some measurable gains within the first 2 weeks!

                          schlittle: thank you too. i think it's not really compareable. i didnt looked at the right proportions on the eg comparison picture. maybe it just looks like a big difference because of that. dont know.

                          Slow deep and hard: that's what it's meant to be, a real and a really good proof. something i didnt found before i started with pe.

                          Jama: a mummy is a wrap - in the german pe board i learned about pe, they call it a mummy - i dont have to say why, or have i?

                          never THE proof that pe is working - people who dont want to believe, will still not believe after seeing this.. unfortunately ;(

                              These are outstanding proof pics!! I am delighted to see them and to have you here to demonstrate that p.e. works. For before and after pics, they are the best I have seen in a long, long time. I shall refer all doubters to this thread.
