i'm 23 years old and i'm from germany.
i found this forum several weeks ago and i wanted to post my routines and especially my
picture here to motivate some of you guys - maybe you have seen them before on thunders
or mos..
i started with pe in april 2010 and trained 10 months. in that time, i've gained 22mm (0.87 inch)
in el, 18mm (0.71 inch) in eg and 40mm (1.57 inch) in fl. for detailed measurements take a look at
the attached images.
- 5min warmup (hot water, massage)
- 10min wet-jelqs (babyoil)
- 5min cool down (hot water, massage)
- 2-3min ballooning

- 5min warmup (infrared lamp, massage)
- 15min basic-stretches in all directions
- 5min wet-jelqs (babyoil)
- 5-10min cool down (infrared lamp, massage)
- 5-10min ballooning
- 15-20min wet-jelqs (babyoil)

10 min "Ulli Balloning" (a combination of ballooning, edging, ulli's and jelqing - very usefull for girth gains)

20 - 30 min wet jelqs / ulli ballooning
5 - 15 min ballooning
3x1min basic stretches
