  • Snoopy's Log (90 Day Beginner's Commitment)

    Hey all, I introduced myself on the forums yesterday, and wanted to create a log for myself to keep my motivation up. I have fully pledged to keep a routine (modify slightly if needed) for the full 90 day beginners program, even if I don't ever see a centimeter of gain. I have a below average size and I realized that I have to do something about this, so I searched around and found this forum 4 days ago. I am looking forward to tracking my gains here for the first three months and after that as well. I will try and update my log at least every other day seeing as I am a busy guy.

    My unit can grow up to 5.6in in erect state depending on how much stimulation is present and this is something I am not okay with. I hope to hit the 7 inch mark hopefully by 2011. My girth is in a bit better shape so I am not as worried, but it could still use some improvement. My head girth is pretty low; so low, I have not even measured it because I do not want to find out; but I will soon enough. My flaccid length is in decent shape, though I really want to improve this a lot. Hopefully, with enough determination and perseverance I can start seeing some gains!

    Will keep the community posted and write down my routine as the days start rolling by. Wish me luck!

    I noticed a weird itchy feeling today at the base of my penis, but since it was the first time, I could compare it to a prior experience. I also had a decent morning wood which is a good PI. I'm just ending my fourth day and things are looking good.

    I used turtle a lot (before I started PE) and today I didn't at all; good hang. Good sign? I think so.
    Plus: I've decided to stop smoking cigarettes (I barely smoke them so it's not really going to be an issue for me)

    I'm thinking of switching to JP's beginners training program, but not sure if I should switch since the PEGym beginners program is working well for me. Any thoughts?

      Today is the day before my 2 day break. Feeling good after tonights work out after switching over to JP's beginner's routine.

      So far my routine is:

      Sunday+Monday=PE
      Tuesday=break
      Wednesday+Thursday=PE
      Friday+Saturday=break

      I have noticed also after my sessions that I find it hard to maintain any sort of erection during PE and that its mostly just penis engorgement. Hope this is normal.

      Also I am happy I have found PE. Not only does it (hopefully) increase penis size/girth, but it makes me feel good after the work out (like I do after normal work outs). I realize that changes don't just happen overnight and am in this for at least 90 days in which I will decide if I want to continue or not. So far I am enjoying myself.

        Hey snoop welcome to the gym! you definatly have the attitude of a grower i love to see new guys with this kind of attitude just dont let it slip away. Take every gain for what its worth even if its 1/16 of an inch a gain is a gain! P.e. is baby steps my friend the journey is long but as long as you stay dedicated you will not only meet your goal but probably surpass them

          Thanks Johnsmith, means a lot to me. And yes I am forsure going to stick to the program (for at least the 90 days. Most likely more).

          I noticed this morning that my flaccid felt as if I was erect. Looked pretty similar to my normal flaccid but it just felt good like as if I was erect. Also, I'm noticing that my penis "rubbing" against my pants brings me sensations I thought I would never feel again (ie. when I was 14 years old) lol. Kind of strange, not sure what to think of that...

          Today is one of my off days, going to keep kegeling through through out day five. Going to look into Ulis later. Not sure what they are for, but I have heard a lot of good things about them.

            Noticed tonight that there was more pleasure when masturbating. Still sticking to the program as my first week ends.
            Today I PE'd and tomorrow I will also. I'm feeling good about this. Just trying to perfect my jelqing technique.

            Things to note:
            started doing Ulis
            started fowfering

            Gains/PI:
            longer flaccid length after PE or stretching
            Erections/flaccid penis more sensitive in a GOOD way. (synonym for sensitive: receptive towards pleasure).

            Other:
            Harder to get a boner (or slower rather)
            hard to maintain any percentage of erection during exercises

            Will post tomorrow after workouts (gym and PE).

              Finished my PEing a bit ago and noticed a small amount of turtling.
              I have been doing a lot of fowfers and think it might be why I am turtling.
              I plan on going to the local drug store and buying some materials of traction wrapping as well as supplements.

              I'm not so sure what I am getting so I am going to be doing some more research.

              I had an okay PE session (my jelqs sort of frustrated me). I have also noticed that my flaccid length has greatly increased over the past few days.

              Trying to cement my gains.

                Well done posting Snoopy, wow! And to answer your question above, then yes, you should do kegels also on your day offs. Or so I've heard! :P

                A bit weird that you are actually getting MORE sensitive, it is usually the opposite! So lucky bastard:P
                Just keep doing what you are doing and you'll see those gains come. Keep us informed, you are doing a great job already ! :P

                  I've started my second week and here is my routine:


                  Warm-up (shower) 10 mins
                  Basic Stretching 6 mins
                  Jelqs- 75 x2
                  v-jeqls- 75 x2
                  Basic Stretching

                  Every day I try to do kegels and BTC stretching.

                  I have noticed a big difference in my flaccid hang since I started PE. For this I am truly happy! I am going to look more closely into wrapping seeing as I need to make sure I cement my gains. Going to the store to buy materials today.

                    You do need time off from Kegels.... Muscle workout, breaking it down, then letting it heal to get stronger. I wouldn't actually say time off, but if you were to do far less. Say for instance you do 100 during the day and another 200 during your routine. Your recovery days, you may want to only do the 100 kegels. Don't want to overwork it.... Less is always more.

                      Ahh, I see. Since its hard to really tell if I am sore from kegeling, I tend to not realize I need to take it easy. I will keep this in mind for the future.

                      Just finished my PE workout, and really got into the jelqing while still maintaining a medium grip. I will be edging/light Uli's later.

                        Good luck Snoopy.

                        Some people do them on days off, some dont. I subscribe to the thought that the pc muscle is a muscle like any other and it is best to err on the side of recovering sufficiently than under-recovering or worse still over-training.

                        So give both a go if you want, kegel on days off for a while, then try not kegeling on days off and see which works best for you

                            Thanks RockofFox and Kasper! Great to know I have some fellow PEers supporting me! I have decided to Kegel the days I work out and then not kegel on rest days.

                            I did my PE work out this morning and it all felt very good. Still trying to figure out how to perfect my strokes/stretches.

                            I can see a difference in my Erection Length. It must have increased at least a little bit since I started. Can't wait to measure On January 1st to see if/how much my routine is paying off.

                            I also seem to turtle a very small amount after doing any PE related activities. Any ways to stop this from happening? Also how do I "cement" my gains?
                            Will check in tomorrow as well.

                              I'm feeling a nice stretch right now from my jelqing, shows I have been working out and the everything is okay. I turtled a bit before I hopped into the shower but I'm guessing it was only because I was so damn cold.

                              Felt like I had a nice hang today. Loving this feeling.
                              Gonna go another work out tomorrow and looking forward to it.

                              GOOD NEWS: Had my first raging morning wood in a LONG time. Alot of the time I get softies but this one was intense! Thanks PEGym!
