This will be the first stage of my ongoing progress log.
To Begin my main focus is to reduce my tendency toward premature ejaculation by working my way out of my current "routine" of masturbation before bed. I'll be following this https://www.pegym.com/forums/premat...-pe-month-comprehansive-guide.html#post770502 as a guideline since I have the same sort of problems automatically kegaling from urination and often from minor physical contact. I always thought it was natural to squeeze the pc muscle after every pee, I never would have guessed!
In order for this guideline to work i'll need to reduce my current viewing of porn for pleasure to once a day. It may be more difficult than I imagine but i know if i want this problem to change i have to do it!

I used to be quite good at lasting long in bed and I remember quite well having dry orgasms with my first partner. First goal met! Minimal porn viewing and no compulsive behavior

A bit of progress in the past few weeks, I haven't watched porn in more than a week and I am now only using a single picture per edging session. This is a big step for me as i'm no longer reliant on porn! I also don't feel the urge to compulsively look up porn when I get bored, I feel so free! Edging sessions grow by a few minutes everyday and i'm feeling more relaxed. My progress feels better than porn looks and i'm happily pulling out of the downward spiral I've been caught in for months!

My next short term goal; last at least 20 minutes in any position (laying down, sitting, standing) with good lube and no pauses!

It makes perfect sense, i've just never thought of that and always enjoyed a light grip more. I'll change the way i grip and hopefully see some more improvement.
So far so good, I can do most anything now and not have an involuntary Kegal. The progress feels great!

Great news! Exams are rough, stress from school has got me down. I had a bit of a relapse and took up porn a bit much in the last few weeks. I also stopped doing my exercise routine and used the time to do yoga instead to manage stress from school. resisting the urge to masturbate during the day is sometimes impossible.
Does anyone have any tips to put my mind off from porn and onto studying? Perhaps ill check that anti porn/masturbation group for ideas.
