Hey everybody, I heard about this site about 2 years ago but didn't get serious about PE til about last month. I remember measuring about a year ago and I was 6.00" BPEL and about 5.00" EG. As time went on, I started exercising more at my gym, eating healthier, edging and what appeared to be ballooning ( I didn't realize there was an actual term for this; just did it because it felt great for my girth). I would try to hold off masturbation (to the point where I would cum) for as long as I could (edging). After about 6 months of doing this "routine" I noticed I was 6.5" BPEL and 5.15" EG!

I still felt my member was a little small (especially Flaccid) so about a month ago I started a beginner PE routine by Babis which I thought was easiest and took the least amount of effort compared to other newbie routines such as JP90. Before this routine, I was 7.00" BPEL and 5.20" EG. After about a month of this routine, I measured and didn't see any gains so I decided to go ahead and try the JP90 which is highly recommended by veterans of this site.

I did 1 session of JP90 so far and let me tell you what a difference I felt! I had the best EQ that I've ever had (9.5/10), I measured and I was 7.25" BPEL by 5.25" EG!

Edit: Now serious about PE, doing 2 days on/1 day off (JP90). Almost done a full week. Started on Sunday, January 6th, 2013.

Note: I cut off all porn usage that I would heavily depend upon up to last year...am now porn-free for the rest of my life! :D

My beginner stats:
6.0" BPEL
5.2" EG

Current stats:
7 5/16" BPEL
5 10/16" MEG

Goal:
8" BPEL by 6" MEG and regular EQ of 8-9

My supplements:
1 scoop of whey protein isolate powder after every workout (health)
2 60 mg Ginkgo Biloba (don't take any more)
2 Sodium docusate (constipation)
1 Centrum multi-vitamin
brewed green tea every other day

Will be posting a journal twice a week on rest days rather than daily or weekly.

My observations so far:
Warm-up for 5 mins (re-heat wash-cloth 4-5 times which I find extremely annoying).
Basic stretches as listed in JP90 are a piece of cake.
Not getting as erect while wet-jelquing as I was on the first day (EQ 9.5!); guess I'm getting used to the concept of exercising rather than masturbating.
Most recent session took about 35 mins including warm-up and warm-down.

Good luck man! You might wanna try a sock filled with rice heated in a microwave (1 minute or so),holds heat for at least 10 minutes ! I just drop it in my undies and can carry on on my business waiting to warm up ;)

thanks for the input man! I've been looking around and asked a bunch of times but maybe you can help me out with the rick sock situation. what kind of rice does it have to be? I have an Uncle Ben's one that cooks in 5 minutes - I don't know if you would consider that instant :O

Jan. 11th (rest day)

Did a late night session last night, I was tired mentally and physically, just wanted to get it done. Noticed that my glans was a bit darker than when I started - positive PI so I'm doing something right! Did 4-5 min warm-up with a 2-3 min warm-down.

Can anybody give me some input as to if warm-downs are extremely important or important at all?

Everything is going really well so far but I've noticed that I was extremely horny this past weekend and masturbated more than I normally would. Also took 2 days off of PE which were supossed to be workout days so I'm going to extend my routine by another 2 workout days.

Jelquing is actually becoming quite enjoyable lol...still getting rock-hard erections though but I let them pass and continue with my routine.

Thanks for your input Koh, I like to warm-down either with a hot washcloth or in a hot shower.

I was actually asking myself that same question...maybe there was an error with my original measurement because I don't feel thinner. :D

I did lose 60 pounds though and eating healthier so maybe that could have played a factor in an EG loss.

You probably measured either in two different spots or after a workout. To avoid this we usually do a base, mid shaft,and an under glans girth measurment. Also do your measurements at least 24hrs after a good workout.

Tonight's workout went pretty well but I noticed that I was extremely hard during the warm-up ( EQ 9) and towards the end of the last set of wet and v jelqs.
Did a quick edging session after my workout with an EQ of 9.5 and masturbated after that with really strong ejaculation levels.

had a great session last night. noticed lower semi-erect hangs and it felt bigger (more blood) after the session last night. also had pretty strong night wood EQ 8.

Rest day today- had a quick session last night (approx 30 mins) and I was kind of rushing it because I had limited time. I had a nice edging session earlier in the day before my session last night where I felt extremely horny and held several kegels for more than 5 seconds each! Thinking about upping the intensity to 5/2 in the 2nd month of PE (after Valentine's Day).

hey, thanks for your response! personally, I like to let the teabag soak in steaming hot water for about 5 mins then slowly sip my tea but I like the bitterness of it. If you want to remove the bitterness, I would suggest only dipping the tea bag into your hot water for let's say 30 seconds or so (increase or decrease according to your taste buds) or simply squirt some honey in your tea which will add a hint of sugar, hence cancelling out the bitterness :D
